Check your weights before you check out! More than once now, I've purchased 1g pre-rolls and they…read morewere the same weight OR LESS than Standard 1/2g rolls. And CLEARLY visible with the naked eye. When I called 15 minutes after getting home when I'd realized this had occurred again, the budtender tried to convince me it was "just packed tighter". Pack it as much as you'd like bc - weight is weight. Otherwise, I like this place. Just really disappointed in the asinine response and, moreover, that they're not checking their product from vendors before selling it. Check first before paying for their mistakes.

I was new to mushroom products as well and they were very informative on which product did what and I actually purchased some to give it a try. Not sure what products everyone in these reviews is finding here.. but the first and last time I…read morewalked in, the inventory was soo small I thought for sure it was in the process of shutting down, or had maybe been ransacked the night before. Even in the business pics on here you can see there are not a lot of product displays- that's bc there aren't a lot of product options. I just needed CBN.. any kind, could be mixed w THC, edible, tincture, I didn't care - but all they had that included CBN was a gross drink with sugar and a list of ingredients as long as my Costco receipts.. I'm assuming this shop is a better spot for locals going for generic options; but if you're going for something more specific, or think you can just drop in for what you need, I'd call first to confirm they have what you want instead of wasting your time. Two stars because the rep was very kind, (although not very educated on the industry), and the place was clean.

That $60 cartridge you don't want to take back. Literally is costing you Thousands of dollars a year that I'm going to take my business elsewhere. Most of the staff are great, but I'm not going to a place that sells product they won't stand behind. I get the return policy was explained to me. And I get you're in every right to refuse to fix it... but for one second, maybe think about a $60 cartridge could cost you a lot more in the long run. But hey not my pig not my farm.
