Staff seems friendly to me. They are a couple generations younger than me and I believe they find it difficult to communicate with me; but they try. My greatest issue is I have yet to find anyone that knows their product line. I believe if you work and sell a product you should know your product lines. If I have a particular name of a juce they can get it if they handle it. But when I describe what I am looking for they are of little help. Prices are fair, a little high, but not out-of-line. Short and sweet: Well stocked, but not my favorite shop. Prices are usually a little high, though the juice selection is wide. My biggest issue was the last time I went in, all of the testers had REALLY high nic (9-12mg), which kills pretty much all the flavor for me (and burns). Staff is usually mildly friendly, but the general vibe always seems more of a 'friends of staff' atmosphere, so I don't usually linger. read more

This place is awesome! There is a bar with stools and menus on the counter to make you feel comfortable and not rushed when sampling oil flavors, and all the employees are incredibly knowledgeable. I went in knowing what I wanted but not how to get it and they helped me through every step. The prices are a touch high. But I am willing to pay more for better quality oil and great service. read more

Probably the most unprofessionally run establishment I've ever visited in my life. The employees are some of the least helpful human beings I have ever met in my life. I went in there and all of the employees were socializing with friends and when asked if they could help me they ignored me several times. Once i finally did receive assistance, the employee I spoke to did not have an answer for any of my questions and acted like he wanted me to just shut up, buy something, and leave. Okay, so I have been vaping for a while now, and no shop has impressed me anywhere near as much as the employees of this shop. I walked in the first time, and kinda grazed, i was greeted immediately and was asked if there was any help that could be had. I responded and began going around the store looking and asking the employees to recommend different mods and tanks and attys for me. They were all very professional and were quick to share information on their own setups for comparison. I walked in as a tire kicker, and walked out with a new setup that i fell in love with. As far as juice lines go i gave them my flavor profile and said go. They found 4 different juices that became part of my rotation immediately after leaving that day. I left and went back a few days later, and was introduced to the franchise owner. Mind you this is a Franchise store, much different atmosphere than a corporate retail store. The owner was friendly, and i told him i wanted his opinion and involved him in process of trying to find a new flavor. With no hesitation he picked out a bottle from a new line he had, and was laughing and socializing with me and the other customers like any business should. You take care of them and show interest in learning the craft, they will build you a rig that throws clouds for days. I have never run into a vape shop with such a good atmosphere, i frequent it now and do not shop anywhere else. Selection is good, they will take care and order it for you if they can. If they can't, they know a friend or online group that can get it. Look forward to doing business with them as often as can afford to! read more
