The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Every single one of them is always there with any information I need or help finding a product. Juice selection is solid with a number of tasty house blends (Pear and Swedish fish are good) and higher end brands available. For mods, they have everything ranging from standard eGO batteries up to box mods and mechanical mods. They are also a licensed Aspire retailer (all Apsire products have legit serial numbers. Beware of knockoffs!). Aside from the retail space there's also a good size lounge area and a bar area where you can sample juices before you buy. Cigawatt is my go to vape store in the KC metro, so glad to have found them!

Overall as far as the selection and service in the KC Metro is concerned this particular shop seems…read moreto be the least annoying-you know how it feels to be bothered every second while you are trying to browse at your own pace (*take note competition further into Westport) while the used car salesman vibe is radiating from the employee-and has a pretty decent amount of product to choose from. If you come in knowing what you are looking for you are pretty much guaranteed to find something very close to it. It's also a great place to just meander around and kill a few minutes of your time. The number of cases isn't overwhelming and the prices are lower than what you would find in "headier" shops but that also means the artistic value of the glass work isn't as high quality, so like I said before know what you are coming in for and don't expect local blowers to be on display. The true testament is how flexible employees are with you and the level of respect they show you and Joseph exceeded my expectation on both of those fronts, so that was pretty rad. He is a cool dude and is there to offer advice without being pushy, he will hook it up! I have enjoyed Main Street Tobacco and Gifts for many years and it has held my top place ranking for shops of this category in KC since I've started coming here even though it's not the most "reputable" in the community, to me none of that matters when the product is comparable and usually cheaper than what I can find elsewhere.

Between these two men they took four turns hollering at me about his door and he is "sick" of "us handicap people!". As I was trying to leave. First of all, this used to be my favorite Vitamin Shoppe store to get my supplements. After today,…read morethat's no longer the case. I can no longer subject myself to the treatment I've received at this store, as of late. The last straw was when I ordered some items online using a promo code that was advertised in the app. I received a notification that all of my items were ready for pickup and I proceeded to the store to retrieve them. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that one of the items were unavailable, due to a specific flavor being sold out, but there were other flavors available to exchange for it. I was totally fine with that so I found the replacement flavor and walked it to the counter. While in the store talking to the original associate, another associate walked in and settled himself in behind the counter. I mentioned to that associate that I had a conversation with the first associate about exchanging the unavailable item for the one I brought to the counter. He told me that I would have to pay full price for this item and that it couldn't be swapped out for inventory reasons. I understood that but that's not what the original associate mentioned in our previous conversation. I asked the original associate for clarity on what he mentioned to me and that's when the associate behind the counter begins to say that I'm being rude and confrontational. Never have I ever gotten out of line with anyone at that store! In fact, I used to talk at length to the previous employees. All I was trying to do was get the item for the same price I was quoted when I bought the item online but I was called rude for that. Being in a customer service job most certainly can be frustrating but if a customer is seeking to understand, you provide that clarity in a respectful way. This could have all been avoided with them just swapping out the product for the same price I paid for it originally. Instead, the situation escalated to an unnecessary point and the attitude on this guy was unacceptable. I'll be shopping on Amazon from here on out. The prices are better anyway!

They now have an entire store with much more inventory than a tiny kiosk in a mall. I know that it's not ideal to vape on electronic cigarettes but I figure that it's better than smoking actual cigarettes? I also feel better (for my health) that this brand does not use any of those oils for their e-cigarette's; they use only battery powered e-cigarettes. Personally I use the menthol flavored e-cigarette's; and, at the other locations they are often out or backordered of this flavor at the 2.4% nicotine level. However, not one time has this location been out of the desired product that I was seeking! Yes, it is true, it is expensive to vapor e-cigarettes; but, as far as I can tell it is light years healthier for you than using traditional tobacco-based products. Off the top of my head, I believe it costs $20 for a pack of five cartridges; each cartridge-depending on how much you smoke-could last you anywhere between one and four days. It does add up purchasing the starter kits, but if you're thinking about quitting smoking then this is the way to go! For several years now, I cannot even take a drag off of a regular cigarette even if I'm intoxicated (and that is saying a lot)! Even the thought of regular cigarettes makes me sick. I am still able to run and exercise frequently and I don't feel as if my respiratory health has been harmed from Vapor Ups products. I truly believe that if anything it Vapor Up has not only helped me completely stop smoking and using tobacco products; but has also extended my lifespan! The only thing that could earn this place a fifth star would be if tobacco smoking or nicotine no longer existed in this world :-)
