Very disappointing experience from a business we have supported for more than three decades. We…read moreshop here several times a week and have generally trusted the pricing and customer service, which made this situation even more frustrating. A loaf of Brioche bread was clearly marked at $5 on the display stand, but it rang up at $7 at checkout. When we questioned it, the clerk went back, took a photo of the display and explained that the sign was only meant to "draw attention" and was not actually the price for that bread. That explanation made little sense, especially since the bread on the display appeared to be the same product. My wife later called and spoke with the manager, Kelly, regarding what we viewed as false or misleading advertising. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive and unapologetic. Rather than acknowledging the confusion or offering to make it right, the pricing display was defended by claiming the marked price applied to bread on the other side of the stand. What concerns me most is how many customers likely never notice these discrepancies. We only caught it by chance, and I suspect many others simply pay the higher amount without realizing it. After being longtime loyal customers, this experience and the lack of accountability have caused us to reconsider shopping here. Leadership should be aware of how situations like this are handled because customer loyalty can disappear quickly when trust is lost.

The item I purchased rang up at a higher price than what it said on the shelf. Never a good sign. Everything was really expensive, except for a few things on sale - like, I managed to find a single-serve yogurt on sale for $2.50 instead of $4.59. They have some bulk herbs and teas, but the selection is very, very limited. They have a couple water dispensers in back which is nice, but there's no price listed anywhere. I really want this kind of place to survive..... but it's just so pricey; and then the service wasn't great either.

This place has a great variety of snacks munchies they even have non-alcoholic beer and it even have THC fuse drinks a lot of stuff I've seen before at other health foods but some I've never seen before as well they even have a Fair selection of wine. Staff here was overall helpful and friendly. Store was very clean and I did like the layout it also wasn't too busy at all but the aisles can't be a big claustrophobic. Why is this store such a dud?…read more Okay, we were spoiled before moving to western Lenexa. From our old home, Hen House, Sprouts, McKeever's, Aldi, and HyVee were all less than 2 miles away. Now, we're stuck with this Price Chopper that has no atmosphere, no character and even the employees don't seem to want to be there. On our most recent visit, we spent at least 20 minutes in the store and not one employee spoke a single word to us. Don't get me started on all of the holes on the shelves. Hopefully soon, another grocery store will open in the area and this PC will be forced to be better or be a goner.

I love this store because it's the nearest store to go to return Amazon products. It also has a wide variety of meat, selections, cheese selections, and an amazing hot bar. You can get food items ranging from pizza to fried chicken to Indian curry plus incredible soups like minestrone and clam chowder. They have a wide variety of salads and cold food items like Sushi and sandwiches as well to offer. I recently checked out their cake selection and was blown away by the variety of decorative cupcakes they have started to carry. There is a cute little space near the entrance where you can enjoy the hot/cold bar food items. Apart from the above selections, they also have tons of frozen products, dairy items, vegetables, holistic medicines like supplements, clean skincare and makeup, and so on available for purchase. However, if I compare it with other stores, the pricing does tend to be on the higher side. That's why I do not do all my grocery shopping here. it's always clean. The staff is friendly approachable, and very helpful. If not for groceries, I would definitely recommend you to going in and trying their hot bar because you wouldn't regret it!! I forgot how amazing TJ's is! The staff is incredible and the food is soooo good!! My wife is particularly stoked about the carrot cake sheet cake and peanut butter cups (the only one's we like better than Reese's). I'm excited to try the lamb vindaloo. Such a neat collection of items here. We'll be back soon. Easy drive over on the highway. No biggie for a store this cool.

The lemon curd or a shortbread. The dill picking popcorn in the late spring/summer. My obsession with their bags, both cooler and regular, is palpable. I have quite a few colors of the TJ cooler bag and they are great bags. I use them everyday. I absolutely love when they come out either the brown bag, grab bag surprise packs! Usually around the holidays and if I'm lucky enough to get there before they are sold out, I grab a stack to give some fir gifts AND to have some to open to get my fix throughout the year. Yes, I am that person and I feel no shame! The only issue I have is sometimes when I can only make it on a Saturday evening, the shelves can be rather bare. I guess that speaks to the popularity but I wish they had even more inventory. Now I need to manifest the return of my cat's favorite toy because hers is getting near the end of its lifespan and I await the return of the cinnamon cheese each year! Trader Joe's for life!

I put my quarter into a cart and went up and down all of the aisles to check out their products. Aldi has a lot of good products for reasonable prices. I think they had moved their produce closer by the door and it was quite congested so I really didn't get to look at that area as much. Everything that we're in the fridge and freezer areas looked fresh and well stocked. I always enjoy going down their aisle that has a variety of non-grocery items to see what they have. They did have quite a bit of gluten-free items and a lot of variety of specialty beverages. While I was there, I purchased a variety of beverages for my husband to try. I purchased some gluten-free protein shakes and items as well as some snack things for my grandkids. And I also got a tool for working out knots in the body. That was an excellent price for only $6.99 which was wonderful since I had been looking at Walmart and there was $28 and Amazon was $18 on sale! I checked my own items at that time because I didn't buy a whole lot while I was in on the first visit. I did go back the next day to return an unopened package and an opened package of protein cheese puffs. They were absolutely awful, but Aldi has a good return policy and I had the receipt and they immediately refunded my money on a gift card because I told them I was going to use it while I was there. On that day, I purchased a few more items and left. The only thing that I don't like and the reason I don't shop there is because it feels congested down the aisles and everyone seems like they are in a mad rush to shop. It's kind of stressful and they only had two checkers working and they expected you to check out your groceries on the rest of it. So I'm sticking with Walmart just because I love the ease of having my groceries delivered and ordering online. But I would recommend this store for the great deals and good product selection.
