I contacted Stephanie back in October of 2018 wanting to learn more about Ideal Protein. I had been…read moremorbidly obese most of my life and needed to make a change. I had heard about this program in the past but it was time for me to commit. After talking with Stephanie I knew this was the kind of program I needed to help me to lose the weight but then help me to maintain it. I started the program on 10/16/18 and my starting weight was 324. I currently weigh 165 pounds as of today and I am 5 pounds away from my goal weight. This program has been the foundation to help me create a healthier life style and also start a workout regime and training for up and coming ocr races. I just had a panniculectomy done to help get rid of excess skin from the weight loss. I am a completely different person on the inside and outside. If it wasn't for Stephanie's support and encouragement I wouldn't be where I am now. For those looking to make that lifestyle change to become a healthier you and to get out there and be more active please contact Stephanie at Ideal Health LLC. You won't regret it!!! Thank you, Stephanie for all you have done to help me achieve my healthier lifestyle!!! Patricia Mackey Keene, NH

I began my weight loss program 8-1-2019 and lost 25 lbs within 3 months. It is now 4-4-2020 and have maintained my weight loss for 6 months. Have never maintained a weight loss more than 1 month. Stephanie guided me through it till the end. She's pleasant, helpful and very informed. Never hungry, the "BEST" program ever!! I highly recommend this program.

I never thought I'd be updating this review for a second time. But can someone tell me WHY....in…read morethe H E double hockey sticks does Whole Foods find it necessary to glue their eggs into their egg cartons?! No, seriously....why are they doing this?! Now, before I'm accused of being totally draconian here with my 1 star reduction, let me emphasize that this isn't a one time thing. Nearly every single time I get a carton of eggs from Whole Foods, it is almost guaranteed at least one or two eggs will be inexplicably glued to the carton. This is a problem for SO many reasons. Though, for the sake of brevity, I'm gonna list two of them. 1.) It's damn near impossible to extract the egg out of its pocket without inevitably destroying the shell, thereby obliterating any chances of enjoying a tasty breakfast. 2.) Even IF you somehow manage to liberate said egg from its inherent captivity without destroying it, you'll ostensibly have to deal with the remnants of egg carton pieces that remain glued to the outer shell. My pro life tip for the second reason is to hard boil the egg so that you may avoid any chances of carton bits mixing in with an otherwise raw egg yolk once you crack it. And, so far as I know, no - you can't just wash it off. Because it's glued. Again, WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS?! I'm not sure if it's only this location that has this problem or if ALL Whole Foods stores are shipping their eggs with a few of them totally immobilized inside their respective pockets. It's like they were totally petrified of the idea that MAYBE the eggs would somehow escape the carton and break. Well, NUTS to that, since I usually end up breaking them regardless when trying carefully to extract them out of their cemented position. So, yeah....that, combined with the fact Whole Foods' hot bar has also somehow gotten worse with time instead of better, I find myself regressing my rating back to where I originally had them. It's still a wicked good place to get a few select items here and there. But these two REALLY annoying anomalies compel me to give Whole Foods on Amherst 4 immovable eggs out of 5.

This 1 star is due to 2 misleading (dishonest) labels on their packaged 365 brands.,…read more (1) 365 7 grain and lentil blend, which states 110% RDA for iron. No way! And it is not fortified. (2) 365 brand of organic pumpkin seeds are from CHINA! I have 10 years experience living in that country and I can tell you that the USDA has no authority to do anything there but to ask for their "word" to tell them that it is organic. I'm shocked that WF thinks we are all so stupid. I doubt you could find a field, anywhere in the entire country, big enough to grow a commercial pumpkin crop, that is legitimately organic. Maybe it's just coincidence that the seeds were also very oily.
