I can't believe this shop has only one review. I had the best experience with Smoke City for Less…read moretonight & was so impressed with their customer service. I called this evening asking if they had a E-cig in stock called the JUUL, the employee (didn't catch his name) put me on hold for a minute to go check for me. They didn't have any so he offered to call the Pasco and Kennewick location for me to see if they had any on hand. I told him not to worry about it since they were closing in an hour and I live in Richland so I wasn't trying to drive out of Richland. We hung up and he called me back not 2 minutes later to let me know he he called the Kennewick store for me, they had some & was going to have more JUULs brought to the Richland location and that he would have them in 30 minutes for me. I feel like costumer service like this is so rare nowadays and I really appreciate him taking the time to do what he could to get the product I needed in the store for me. When I got there everyone was so nice and helpful. Thanks for the badass experience and service you guys. Will definitely be back!

Great service and attention to detail. Hadn't been skiing for a while and decided to start again…read moreafter going once last year and I rented the equipment. I knew I wanted my own equipment to ski comfortably and apparently it's changed a bit since I went in the 90's lol. Greg showed me several different boots, measured my foot, gave me pointers on picking ski's and the difference of each style, level of ability, width...which was really helpful. He spent at least 20 minutes after I picked the boots I wanted fitting them to my foot so they fit like a glove. Haven't decided whether I'll rent or buy ski's yet but I know I won't regret getting these boots and will be back when I figure out how often I'll be skiing. The only place in the Tri Cities that sells edible matcha green tea! Amen!…read more I've searched and searched for matcha green tea so I can make lattes at home instead of having to drive out to Starbucks. I came so close to buying online from Amazon. Found this place as I was going to pick up shoes from next door, and boy am I glad I did. The lady of the store greeted my daughter and I, then handed me the entire tea canister to smell and enjoy the aroma. She had ready made matcha green tea mix but I cannot handle the milk and sugar from it, so she helped me with the loose matcha green tea powder. I thought she was just going to measure it into a plastic bag and weigh it to sell, but no, she showed me a variety of containers to place it into. That's when I realized how much she seemed to respect and protect her teas. I got to telling her how my doctor advised me not to drink coffee anymore so I'm going this route.... so then she brought out another tea to smell and then placed some in a small pack to sample when I got home that resembles coffee but is actually green tea. I can't wait until morning to try my new teas, but I must wait otherwise the caffeine will keep me up tonight. Nice lady, very kind to my daughter and I, and very helpful. We will be returning for more! (Cute gift shop items too for kids and adults)

I came straight over here today after being diagnosed with strep- I knew full well my prescription wouldn't be ready by the time I got there and was willing to wait but immediately she showed annoyance.
