Dr. Vaughn took the time to explain everything clearly and got right to the root of the issue instead of just treating the symptoms. The physical therapy professional onsite was also excellent--knowledgeable, encouraging, and made the exercises easy to follow. The combination of care and hands-on therapy made a huge difference. If you're dealing with pain and want real results fast, I highly recommend Dr. Vaughn and the team at Airrosti Flower Mound.

Who knows; likely to even spare you time, drugs and surgery. They have helped me with two separate massive issues that I assumed were just never going away. I went from long lasting ACUTE pain that I had been dealing with for weeks, to zero pain. They aren't in the business of filling their schedule with a million follow up's- they're in the business of fixing the issue and getting you to a pain free state. Don't hesitate. Don't give up on pain relief. They can help.

On the other hand, the physical therapist set me back both times I saw him. Many of the excercises Airrosti gave me have been and will be beneficial. He gets 3 stars.

Since I was a recent patient before with Airrosti I decided to give it a try. I was about 3 months post op when I first went to Dr. Yazmin Ruvalcaba. I had some relief, but I bruised and was really sore afterwards which is very expected since I was still recovering from my surgery. Dr. Ruvalcaba listened to all my concerns and focused on the areas I needed help with recovering. Alliston helped with my stretching and gave me exercises that helped with my strength and flexibility. Overall I went to 4-5 treatments. My ultimate goal was to get back to running and I'm happy to say I've completed two 5ks and a 5 miler since I "graduated" from treatment. I'm so excited and I don't think my progress would be where it is if it wasn't for Dr. Ruvalcaba and the Airrosti team! I hope she sees this to let her know she played a huge role in my recovery!

It really makes it difficult to sleep at night! Then came Airrosti. After visiting with Dr. Cain and his effervescent sidekick/physical therapist, Calah, they created a pain management program to deal with these issues. It was really simple to follow their directions, and wow, what a difference it made! After just four visits, the pain is alleviated and gets less every day. There is more range of motion too, which nearly makes dancing mandatory! These two are the real deal and make going to the doctor fun. It almost makes us wish something else would go wrong with us just so we can see them again! But not quite. There are easier ways to make friends. Why don't we all just grab lunch instead? Thanks again Benton, Calah, and all the rest of the Airrosti crew!

Dr. Broadnax is by far THE best pain management doctors I have EVER been to. I am so happy my…read morejourney ends here with Advanced Pain Institute of Texas. Somewhat new to Texas, I have struggled over the last year with finding someone I can put my absolute trust in. From the very first appointment, we had an immediate action plan. I have made more progress in the last 3 months than I've had in 6 years. Living in pain is scary, frustrating, and debilitating. I have seen exactly 4 pain management doctors here in Texas and Dr. B is the one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone struggling with pain. He is one of the kindest and most intelligent doctors I have ever met. He is patient, understanding, and is a very attentive listener. Always smiling, never judging, I feel safe with Dr. B. I can't say I've ever felt as safe as I do or trusted a pain management doctor the way I do with Dr. B. He is open and honest and doesn't dance around anything. His bed side manner truly is a class act. It is always a pleasant experience from check in to check out. Ashley is always smiling and ridiculously pleasant. His MA Tony, is phenomenal. He is very easy to speak with, get a hold of, is very thorough, and quite frankly makes me smile even when I'm wanting to cry. Both of them do- Dr. B and Tony. They make a really great team. In my 40 years, I've never met a more competent & efficient MA. I'm no longer scared to leave an appointment feeling like I'm missing something and will have to wait until my next appointment to address it. I have struggled greatly in the past with MAs who have lacked knowledge, a sense of urgency, understanding, or had very poor follow up. Not Tony. No Sir. He is on it!! Best MA award goes to Tony. Dr. B has come to us from Chicago as a highly respected doctor. And the mere fact that Tony has joined Dr. Broadnax and Dr. Anderson on their journey here to Texas is not only a testament to the depth of their teamwork but is also a testament of their trust in each other. Which is then genuinely felt by myself, the patient. So if you are a patient like a was; feeling lost, not quite sure what to do, feeling like your pain is your destiny, convinced this is how you're going to have to live the rest of your life, running into oddball pain management doctors who don't seem to listen, want to try experimental injections on you, or just bandaid the pain with medication, please stop and make an appointment. There IS hope and there truly are good doctors in this state. Dr. Broadnax & his partner, Dr. Eric Anderson have blessed Texas by coming here from Chicago. I feel bad for the patients they had to leave behind. But they are both highly educated and intelligent individuals who know how to treat their patients like humans and with kindness.
