I only went to one session. 2 months later I get a bill for $347.41. When i called them they said my insurance did not cover the entire submitted amount. which was over $1800.00. I asked them to waive the charges as the cost without insurance was only going to be $275.00. They would not waive the outstanding balance and to this day I am being chased down for the outstanding bill. I will say the safe was great but I would be weary on going back and definitely check with your insurance before doing business.

THEN they billed insurance and required additional $408.71 months after I finished therapy sessions. When I received the bill and called to question it, they told me I signed to agree let them bill insurance. Even the bill they mailed says $325 self pay payment for all my visits, and then BCBS gets billed each instance. Beware if you have similar circumstances. I'm extremely displeased.

Per my insurance company, it is on the same tab in Availity - Providers- TriWest; when you submit the referrals (as the provider). Only a referral was made and PT requires both. So now it still needs to be submitted but now they are saying my PCP needs to. This was the same way in east region (now west for Texas) so I don't know why this is like a new thing to them with authorizations. They worked me into rehab in the meantime which is nice; when I called they wouldn't do that without charging me per visit out of pocket.
