I just wanted to take the time to update my most recent review. Today, I met with the company's…read moresenior manager (Renee) and the web manager (LeeAnne) and they managed to shift entire perception of the Alohma company. Minutes after I posted about my negative experience I was contacted by LeeAnne and she assured me that she would make the situation right. Renee and LeeAnne met with me at my convenience and choice of location despite their busy schedules. They made it very clear that this issue was a priority to them and made me feel like my opinion of the company truly mattered. During our meeting they listened carefully to my concerns and expressed sincere anguish for my recent negative encounter with a store manager. They informed me of an idea they had to teach all of their employees how to fix the issue I was experiencing with my device, which makes me very happy that this will not be a reoccurring problem. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond. I was at Alohmas today for two and a half hours. TWO AND A HALF HOURS they spent helping me decide which device was best for me. They informed me about several different mods and even had me try some new flavors. It was very apparent that this wasn't just business to either of them, their work is driven by helping others form healthier habits. On top of the extraordinary service I received, I had the pleasure of learning a little bit about each of them. These woman live Impressive lives even outside of Alohmas. I cannot express how grateful I am for the time and effort they put into the satisfaction of one customer. I have so much respect for this company and the passion their management displays. I encourage anyone and everyone to become a part of the Alohma family.

They don't really feel genuine in their customer engagement and it feels like the people we usually meet there would rather stay away from the counter to smoke with friends and coworkers then help customers. This is an amazing place! Very much like the old 60s & 70s head shops but with a staff that is very much on the ball. The main product is CBD and glass smoking materials. So don't judge until you step in. Ross was I one of the owners and has a vast knowledge of the plants, products and the methods used to refine this product. From CBD flower to pre rolls, they have exactly what you need. The glass product are just as amazing. And should you have the time, you can watch them blow fabulous works of art. The rewards program is very generous too. So after discussion with Ross, all questions were answered and strains were explained the purchases were made. Later at home, I wasn't disappointed at all. An excellent place for CBD needs! Thanks guys...Good on you!
