I sampled the exquisitely fruity mellow aged Kobè brandy; Awamori by Okinawa O-cho- which is similar to Japanese Sho-chu- but made from Indica rice; Kibaichu-, a type of Sho-chu- full of the rich scent of green unripe plums picked when spring skies are azure w/ fluffy ivory white clouds with a light refreshing sweetness. There were Sakè of all types manned by informative Sakè representatives. The Japanese food stalls provided a plethora of small samples of Wagyu (wah ghee yoo)/premium Japanese beef, Ra-men, To-fu, Sashimi, multitude of other prepared Japanese food products suited for the restaurant trade. Another section had Japanese chef knives, specialised Japanese kitchen equipment, restaurant dinnerware & accessories to suit restaurant requirements.
