I then emailed the company and a girl named Kimmie helped me out. They had gotten a new system and were having a hard time making it work. Kimmy was super polite and helpful. She assured me she would fix everything and kept sending me updates to keep me informed on the progress. The website was also not keeping track of my washes and was showing my account was terminated when it wasn't. So there were a few issues. She stuck with it for about two weeks until all the issues were resolved. The entire time, she was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I have never received such great customer service before. She gets five stars for sure.

On day of service, Mr. Tyler always arrives in a timely manner, communicating prior to arrival that helps relieve the stress about actual show up time. When he shows up, he gets right to work! CERAMIC COAT: Wanting to preserve the integrity of our Honda Element's body, we decided to invest in a ceramic coat. That service includes washing, polishing, ceramic coating paint & trim. The vehicle's trim also receives a special coating to help protect it from Mother Nature as well. It was a world of difference once Tyler was finished working on it! MINI-DETAIL: Our Jeep already has a factory Ceramic coating, and The Mini-Detail Package helped renew its look of newness to the vehicle. Sometimes we get busy in life and I really hate not cleaning my car right after tons of rain. So far, I've already had two cleanings. The first one was with Juan Carlos (and another helper) for a clean and buff, and my second cleaning was with Victor. Both encounters were super professional, took care of my car, and did a great job on detailing. Also, all of my appointments were last minute but they're very responsive. The value for a regular car wash or both buff and clean is very reasonably priced. I don't ever take my car to the car wash and hand wash my car myself but when I'm busy throughout the week with work I give these guys a call. Most importantly, I don't have buffing skills so I'll end up requesting a monthly buff and wash from these guys. Overall, after two car washes, my car has no damages from getting services, the car always looks fresh and brand new, and Juan Carlos and his crew are reliable.
