He has great communication skills, always keeping up with us via email or text. He had two other men he worked with and they were fast and polite. As a woman, I've felt uncomfortable being alone with or I've been condescended to by other contractors. I never felt this way with Elias and his team. That's worth a lot to me. We hired Quality Construction to install drywall and insulation in our basement. It was done fast and they did a good job. He was accommodating when we had to have them break for an electrician to come in. It was done in about three days. One of the guys accidentally broke a lamp and Elias offered to reimburse us for it. He's a stand-up guy and he does a great job.

The crew was professional and pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced. Arrived when promised. They noticed that I had missed closing a window and were quick to tell me before washing that side of the house. They did a beautiful job. There was minimal trampling of my flower garden (It's a large garden with very dense growth and would be impossible not to stomp a few cone flowers.) My car was parked close to the house, so to get the wash solution off the car, they washed my car! They also gave my patio a quick hit to wash the solution off. Great job! Ensured all splattered solution was cleaned off the unintended surfaces. Took a lot of care. Will use them again!

He squeezed us in so we could meet or deadline to get our house on the market. His prices were very reasonable and I loved that he gave clear instructions on how to prep. He took extra attention to ensure our grass and plants would not be damaged and even gave the house a good rinse. We asked Mark about adding on our shed roofs and he explained why that would be a really bad idea, the correct way we could DIY and the best cleaner to get. He could have easily charged us to do a job that would have left us in a worse spot and instead chose to do the right thing! Not to mention he was on time and finished according to schedule!! I could not ask for a better experience. The difference is night and day! Finally, addressing the old review here. First, I am a female homeowner and don't take any 's' from anyone, especially someone I hire. I am particularly sensitive when men are patronizing when I'm footing the bill and Mark was humble, professional and treated me with the utmost respect.

Avoid, avoid avoid. Scheduled work and they couldn't make their window. Tried to reschedule, no…read moreresponse. Sent 4 messages with no response. What a waste of time!!! Missed an emergency dental extraction because of them. This is an update because they are not telling the complete story which I think is typical for this company. I informed them in the very first message that this was urgent because the shutter banging on the wall disrupted my concentration for my job, and kept me up at night. Scheduled for Saturday, and 10 minutes before the end of the 4-6 pm period, they said it would take 50 minutes to get here. Since I had made a personal appt for 6:30 pm, I had to decline. I told them Sunday was fine, and got no response. I told them I worked at home so they could come any time Monday. No response. On Monday I wanted to go to an emergency dental appt to have a tooth extracted but getting the shutter done was more urgent. About 3 pm I asked if they were coming and they said no, they had already been to Herndon and left. It was too late for the Dentist. I was not happy and in pain. I posted my very first 1 star review. Then they had the audacity to call me on the phone I use for business which could get me fired, so I said "What do you want"? Well Sam wanted to complain about my 1 star post and frankly it made me angry. I had to speak loudly because Sam was trying to tell me how inappropriate I had been and I told him to never call back. I hung up and put a block on his calls. The best prediction for future events is the past events. So, if a company does not arrive at their promised time and does not respond to your messages, then that means it is a good chance it will occur in the future. Again, avoid, avoid, avoid!!! I would not hire this company to dig the poop out of my toilet. I'm certain they would mess it up and then complain that I did something wrong.
