As a seller- I was less impressed - the buyer for my home was overwhelmed and the remarks by Norway hill were not outlined- there were 2 items that were called out and the comment made -" not sure what this is" it was an electric box for the landscape lights - . 1 pane of a window has the seal break and was foggy- comment was made - this may happen to more windows - well it had been that way prior to us buying and we didn't worry about it - just really nit picky types of call outs - so not sure I would recommend Norway Hill as enthusiastically as I had originally thought .

I was impressed by their professionalism and teamwork (by a crew of four, utilizing built-in radios in their helmets for communications). They did an excellent job cleaning the slash and stacking logs to be processed for firewood. They showed up on time and completed the job in four hours, including a trip back to their shop to bring in a tracked excavator. I've worked with two other tree service companies and Wilcox is by far a "monadnock" by comparison, both in terms of performance and cost. Wilcox will be my "go-to" company for all future tree work! Well done guys!

Don't waste your time! I can earlier reviewers why they're too busy to return calls etc - it's…read morebecause they're too busy harassing people to pay fees they did not incur, to a laughable extent! They are actually spending real time and real effort mailing us bills that we told them we are not responsible for and will not be paying, which just go in the trash. The most hilarious part of this is that they're asking for money after their tech DESTROYED OUR BASEMENT by covering everything in WASTE. And yes this includes things like my wedding dress and other precious heirlooms. Why did this happen? Because everyone was in too much of a rush to properly cover things or be careful, and in the process of taking the container up the stairs to properly remove the waste, dropped it and dumped waste all over EVERYTHING. Not an apology, didn't clean things up thoroughly, just vanished. So we were charged extra AND had to clean up an entire basement covered in crap. STAY FAR AWAY.

They essentially charged $ 200 and used my well to try and refill my septic since the previous owners had it pumped out. They couldn't even do that though since my well was running out of water to fill the tank! Two guys stood outside in my lawn watching my septic tank fill up and told me when they left they thought it was leaking. Well guess what fellas, it's 2024 and the thing ain't leaking! Saved myself 12 grand. A good septic company should bring a truck to fill the tank with a dye and then inspect the lawn to see if the dyed water is seeping out. Then pump out the tank the next day. Septic-pro sells tanks so be aware to hire a company that doesn't have ulterior motives for performing septic inspections. My realtor contracted them, otherwise I wouldn't have called them. The only reason they get two stars is because the snaking camera was useful information, otherwise it would be a one. When I do upgrade my septic I won't be calling them.
