It was low pressure, we didn't have someone following us around to see if we liked every tree. It was a little underwhelming at first but the deeper back we went the more we liked the trees. Lots of character unlike most places you can get a tree. And even if you don't want to cut down your own tree there are a lot of varying and reasonably priced options for cut trees. I am not familiar with the work they do for landscaping but if it is anything close to how kind and accommodating they are selling trees and wreaths then we would highly recommend them.

Their price was beyond what we could afford, so I started shopping around. W.E.Brown roofing had good reviews, so we called them about the stand-alone structure. Their price was in our budget, and we really liked the knowledge and experience of the fellow who came out to spec the job, Ron Bush. They were able to get us on the schedule fast, and the team that came out to replace the roof did a great job. It looks beautiful, and the technology behind the new shingles is impressive. A couple sheets of plywood needed to be replaced, and they needed to brace one of the rafters to hold the plywood securely. They explained everything they were doing and why it needed to be done. I was worried the price would shoot up, but it ended up being entirely reasonable, and now that structure's roof is going to last for years. I'm really happy with them, and we're going to go with Brown when it comes time to replace our main roof. It was a really good experience. I don't think anyone really *wants* to get this kind of work done, but when you need it, you need it, and they made it not only painless, but pleasant.

He cancelled via text 10 minutes prior to the appointment and we have been chasing him ever since. Lots of promises & excuses. He told us he no longer used the business name "Dubey Brothers Chimney LLC" because his brother had quit. We found a number of complaints under the former name at the Better Business Bureau - https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/hillsborough/profile/chimney-sweeper/dubey-brothers-chimney-llc-0051-92069128/complaints - After finding the complaints we decided to purchase a cap and install it ourselves. I even invited Trentton to clear his $300 obligation by helping to install our cap. Do not give this man any money.

Scheduling was pretty easy, he had a subcontractor show up a couple of times and the work was done quickly, efficiently and with a smile.
