This company came highly recommended, and maybe they do great work, but their customer service and scheduling is terrible. We experienced an attic insulation removal job due to animal waste and feces. The NE Decon crew…read morearrived as stated and got to work. We own a Post and Beam home that did not have ceiling joists for the crew to use. They remedied that problem easily and removed all the fiberglass insulation and feces. Then Hepa vacuumed the entire surface removing any objects and dust. This crew was extremely thorough. We were in good hands. Pam then fogged a disinfectant throughout the attic.
