Rick is the pastor and his wife Cindy the photographer. They arranged everything via phone and email, recommended several sites, including waterfalls, barns and their own Cavendar Castle, sent us several wedding ceremony templates which were great on their own. We modified, adding to them our own scripture readings and vows, which Rick and Cindy received without question, and even praised! For a super reasonable price, they arrived on time, were flexible with the weather changes, were friendly, complementary and efficient. Cindy made the most of a rainy day with as many indoor venues and poses as she could, and had no problem with our daughters taking pics with their phones too. We have not received the photos yet, but are promised the full complement of pics with 100 professionally edited on a flash drive and the marriage license signed and mailed in for us. Made our day special, easy and fun. Would definitely recommend!!

We basically got scammed out of our $500 initial deposit & have not heard anything from her since - even after writing her to inform her that we would be terminating our contract. We will also be reporting her to the BBB but in the meantime, hope that others will read this review & reconsider booking someone who takes advantage of newly engaged couples.

I reached out to her several times to update her on some details, no response. I tried texting and went through her site portal and no response. I thought it was weird, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. A week out of my wedding and I reached out to my vendors and none of them had heard from her. I tried texting her. My fiance tried calling her multiple times on her "work" phone and her "personal" phone. Her "work" phone is also not set up for voicemails. She didn't appear out of thin air for our rehearsal or wedding. She did nothing for our wedding. Another thing that I didn't notice but my mom did is her website is not up to date. It did not have our wedding date marked off. MAKE SURE YOU PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD IN CASE THESE SITUATIONS HAPPEN. 0/10 would not recommend Jessi.

Prior to the ceremony, there's an online form to fill out that covers every possible base. What kinds of songs, any special details... A couple weeks prior, JJ called to verify information and nail it all down so we could all be on the same page. The team is very thorough and I really appreciated all the time and effort Travis and JJ put into making sure we had everything planned out. JJ worked very well with not only us but the entire vendor team. He fit right in with the other vendors who already knew one another from working together so often. He listened to the crowd very well, playing a good variety of music. All of our guests complimented us on our musical selection whether they were younger or older, which says a lot! JJ chose fantastic oldies and classics before getting into the dance tunes (even tossing in a few hair band selections for yours truly). My travel-minded friends doubled over with laughter when JJ playing the National Geographic theme song to announce our honeymoon plans to Antarctica. Overall he did a wonderful job providing all the music to keep the celebration hopping all night! He is truly a professional...which is the main reason we went with them. Professional gear, demeanor, website, references...all of that! Dealing with Fonix was a breeze. They have an online system where you can fill out your 'application' and pick out the music and details you want. You can change on the fly and make changes at any point. This made everything very easy for us. We met with the Travis several times and had a final phone call a week before our event to discuss all the details. We chose to include Karaoke at the reception which was no problem for Fonix. They had a huge catalog to choose from the price was excellent. Travis was professionally dressed and did a great job managing the reception. He kept people on the dance floor, kept people at the karaoke station and just helped create a seamless transition from one event to the other. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing a DJ.
