I had a horrible experience the day before at cox across the street. Even though my sister had called from CA and made arrangements for me to pick up our new internet box, Amanda at cox would not let me take it home that day. She wanted my sister to come from CA (6 hour drive) to pick up the box because she was first on the account. I am second, I know all of the information and even the "secret code" but no, I could not take my box home. As I work from home, this is a huge issue. He was nice but he didn't fix my problem I am thrilled to pieces to be able to get TMOBILE Internet. It's $70 cheaper than cox a month too! Thank you Joel Sanchez for all of your kind help. Sue.
