Unfortunately, I never received a response. As someone who works at Kierland Commons, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and concern. Instead, I had to flag down an employee driving a golf cart just to locate the security office myself. The lack of follow-up and assistance during a situation involving property damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate safely and increasing the risk of accidents. I hope Kierland Commons takes both customer and employee safety more seriously and improves its response to incidents like this in the future.

There are only like 2-3 decent places to go to, and nothing else. And one of those places is a chain restaurant (Kona Grill). The decor is terrible. The design encourages driving through it when it should be nice, round walkable space. The entire street is colorless and unattractive. This is a perfect example of why so many people say Phoenix has no character or sense of taste. This is just a structure erected as quick as possible to capture all the income being spent outside the surrounding neighborhoods, and I hope it becomes a worthwhile destination someday.
