On our way home in 3 separate busses from The Field Museum in Chicago, we stopped at Chesterton, IN to get a quick dinner in 50 min or less. The staff were so nice and let me have free samples of almost everything while telling me about the owner's passion to use quality ingredients and hand made healthful and delicious salads such as tabbouleh, carrot salad and more!
