Not only was the food great but the service was wonderful. Was here for my first time and Eddie was very helpful and welcoming.

We had two Doctor Appointments today. We tried this for the first time in between our appointments. I mean it looks like our kinda place. This is the kind of place you sort of build your own salad bowl or pita with the help of a person behind the glass of all of the toppings and ingredients. I got a person helping me and my husband, who was behind me, got a different person. My person rushed me thru without much help at all. I mean we told him we'd never been here. But then my husbands person was helping him and genuinely interested in making his salad the way he wanted it. Bat the end, you can see my husbands salad was full and beautiful, where mine was MORE than half empty. It was nearly $30 FOR LUNCH!. I'm not sure if my person was new or what. But it was enough for me to not recommend this particular location to anyone I know. This is a new doctor for my husband, we will be coming for a lot of appointments but I'm not going to come here. The place seemed clean, it was busy, the food is really good. Please try it, but don't let your server rip you off. read more

What a great healthy addition to FloMo. It's the Chipotle of Mediterranean food. The lamb balls were so yummy my children even ate them! The kids meals are generous sized with hummus, veggies, wrap and rice! So nice to have some variety in the area. Service was not that great. I was served whatever small amount of meat that was leftover. The guy could have waited until there was more but he actually felt it was okay to serve me whatever meat juice and crumbs left in the pan. I had to ask about the servings and another Cava server came in to correct his work. Although it was fixed after speaking up, I won't return. I just don't want to deal with that treatment. read more

After three wonderful meals here, I decided to order lunch for an event I was hosting at work. It was easy to order online - everything was ready at pick up time - all the orders - 15 of them - were right - and the guests LOVED the food. We had both salads and pitas. The only thing I missed about doing take out was the fabulous soda fountain, with interesting juices, teas, and sodas with real cane sugar. Keep up the good work, CAVA! read more

After reading other reviews it seems maybe it's just this location and I may have to try a different one. I had a great time at this place, super delicious food and as a vegetarian, there was quite a bit of options for me. I've come here multiple times in the past and the young men working are always wonderful employees and are the sweetest to me. Sadly today I had a lady name Dewana or something like that and she barely put any rice or lettuce in my bowls. Feels a bit like she enjoys scamming the customers. Just sad because normally all the employees are wonderful to me. I'll continue to return because I love it but I hope they don't scam me next time. read more

Seriously signed up to make a review...I've never felt compelled to write a review, despite traveling all over the United States for work ordering To-Go's at random times, even during Covid, whether the food met or exceeded expectations. Negative reviews here are correct, unfortunately. Ordered online, and unfortunately it didn't checked by the third party picking it up, who also ordered food. Their order was mostly correct, mine was missing half the ingredients including the $2.50 avocado I paid for. Barely any rice, wrong lettuce, three meatballs, no hummus, no tzatziki, no hummus chips or pita bread...and the toppings they did remember were extremely slim. Food wasn't even that flavorful...got harissa, skugh, spicy meatballs-- barely any spice. Only upside is it's somewhat affordable minus the overpriced avocado, only reason I gave it 2 stars. Really wanted to like this place and enjoy the meal I had been looking forward to, but it'll probably be the last time we order here. read more

The worker who added my toppings began with the only topping I asked not to have. Then, proceeded to reach in and pick it out with his hands, fought me on re-making it and then when i decided to just take the bowl insisted on re-making it. He changed his gloves and then pulled out his earbud to ask what i wanted the base of my order to be. I pointed out that he touched his earbud and he guffawed at having to change his gloves again. Yuck. And why is someone who is taking a food order listening to headphones? and making me feel like a turd when he gets my order wrong because he can't hear me? read more

I LOVE Cava. I travel all around the DFW / TX area for work. I was so excited when cava opened here in FM. The service here is not comparable to all the other locations I have visited. Every time I order from this location, the order isn't consistent or what it should be. (I usually Always order online or DoorDash because this location is also extremely slow). 100% of the time, from this location, it's missing toppings I ordered, or they just give the weirdest serving size. Literally got about 5 pieces of chicken one time. Another, maybe half a scoop of rice. Like - c'mon, don't be lazy. Quality customer service and quality consistent standards should be a priority- but it's not here. I REALLY hope this location can get it together, otherwise they won't make it in Flowermound. The food - based on one meal - is very tasty. Since you pick yournown toppings, you can avoid anything you don't like. The honey harissa chicken has a nice bite. Cycle time per order is going to be a problem, prepping the pita bread takes as long as the rest of the order takes to pass three stations, the finalizer and the cashier. It's also astonishing that for a new build there is no work room at each station. But the food is tasty - will eat here again! read more

Food is healthyish and tasty. You can build your own bowl or pita wrap or select one from the menu. They make it as you walk down the counter and select what you'd like (like Chipotle). They have several ice teas to choose from and they're delish. Only three stars because, unlike Chipotle they are very, very slow. I e seen some great, good, and not so good reviews on this place. My husband and I eat here frequently, and when visitors from out of town are here we I introduce them to CAVA. They RAVE about the fresh veggies, the selections and great service. Usually we take out. It's the best Mediterranean food we've had for a "fast food" restaurant ever, and we have eaten all over the world as well as major cities known for excellent cuisine. I am a medical device sales rep and I order large orders for clinics almost everyday. I have been here twice so far to pick up lunch and both times has been chaotic and delayed. Every time they are at least 40 minutes late with my food. The clinics have specifically requested this place- otherwise I would not have come back. Moving forward I will let the clinic know that I refuse to work with Cava. They have made me look bad in front of major clients that pay my bills. Never coming back here. read more
