Great experience at this CAVA, and Sophia really stood out. She was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit even better with her positive attitude and great customer service. The food was great, but Sophia is what made this location memorable. Hope management knows what a gem she is! read more

The service was amazing! It was my first time here and Matt was very helpful! Would come back again!

This was the first CAVA I ever went to. It was late at night, but the staff still went above and beyond to take care of me. They explained the food and helped me build a delicious meal! read more

Every time I come here they are out of something. Tonight I ordered on DoorDash and my order was wrong. My name was on the receipt so it was definitely my order they just threw what ever they had left in a bowl and sent it to me. I called the store and the "manager" said he doesn't know what he expects him to do. Blamed the dasher and said there was no way to contact me which was false. He offered no solution and got unprofessional with me. This is the last time I'll be eating here for sure. Over priced for the value and customer service. Plus you're lucky to actually get what you ordered or go down the line in store and pick from what's left. read more

This Mediterranean restaurant offers fresh, delicious food, including grain bowls, pitas, and spicy lamb meatballs. They highlight the bold flavors, customizable options, and generous portions. They also like the fast and efficient service. read more

Excellent food. Nice portions and great quality. Amazing In house made drinks. Staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Excellent food and service! Clean and Fast Service. Staff was very friendly as well.

Service was awesome! Clean place! The food was amazing too! We don't live in castle rock but this is one of our favorite places to go to!

I have been craving for CAVA ever since I had them in Southern California. While visiting Colorado Springs, I noticed the closest CAVA to me was this location right across from the outlets. We ordered the harissa avocado, steak mezze and the spicy lamb meatball wraps. For the bowls, we were able to add on up to 3 scoops of sauces and unlimited toppings. The only reason why I knocked off 1 star was because all the tables seemed to be sticky like it was not cleaned properly. While we were seated, Chef Ken walked over to us to let us know that there would be some new menu items being introduced next week and while talking to him, he asked if we would like to try their ranch pita chips. We gladly accepted and let me tell you, the ranch pita chips were really good! Thank you, Chef Ken for the kind gesture. The food here is fresh and delicious! If we are ever back here visiting, we will definitely be coming back! read more

I ate here for the first time today and was very impressed! I ordered a Lemon Chicken Bowl. It comes with grilled chicken, red pepper hummus, tomato & onion, pickled onions, Persian cucumbers, corn, feta, spinach, and romaine. The amount of food is sufficient. It left me feeling full afterwards. I chose to dine-in this evening. The dining room had sort of a weird vibe because there was hardly anyone there. It came across to me like a lot of empty tables and chairs (outside patio included) with only 4-5 of us patrons eating dinner. They offer plenty of beverages. I like that their soda fountains aren't the typical Coke or Pepsi products. They have a favorite of mine, Diet Mexican Cola by Maine Root Soda. I noticed other non soda beverages that I will have to try next time. Overall, good quality food. Service was average. The young lady who took my order was friendly. For the bowl and beverage, my bill was $15+. I will return here again. Looking forward to my next visit! read more

It's a chipotle style Mediterranean food! They have plenty of choices in everything from the meats to the toppings and sauces. The service is great! Fast and quick! Food is yummy. Definitely mix your bowls to get all the flavors in. I only gave them 3.5 stars because a lot of their bowls were empty so I was not so sure what was inside them so I missed out on some other good toppings but either way I'll for sure be back when I come back to CO! read more

Don't order online from this Cava. It seems purposeful at this point with how much they forget in online orders. Ridiculous.

Love Cava!! The food is always absolutely delicious, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. I literally eat on this bowl for 2 days! (I may be eating it for breakfast right now! ) But what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional customer service. Alexis is always very friendly and takes the time to explain the different flavors. I love to hear her suggestions and tried a spicy sweet combo this last time and I have to say, so good! Always a 5 star experience! Can't wait to go and try something new! read more

CAVA - Make your own bowl with all my favorites! - Salad Near Me - Castle Rock, Colorado

I've been coming to this Cava for a while, great food. Over the past two months it seems to be going drastically downhill. Tonight the entire restaurant was dirty and filthy. Old food and overflowing trash on every table. When we asked a staff member about it they handed us a few paper towels. The portions were significantly smaller with hair and chicken bones in our food as well. The previous visit one of the staff was belittling all the other employees in front of everyone. I love this food but tempted to avoid this location as the last several visits haven't been enjoyable. read more

Came in on Sunday at 830, the line was being cleaned. Completely unsanitary and uninviting. My food was almost half the size I usually get. I get why everyone talks bad about this location. Completely mismanaged. read more

For a Mediterranean themed restaurant, this location is ALWAYS out of hummus!! Why can they not figure out how to BULK buy the hummus?!? This is the 4th time I've been to this location, and it's been awhile since I had been so hoping they had worked out the kinks...but still no hummus. Sigh. read more

The staff was friendly and patient with me. And the food was great! I would love to go again.

I come to this location about once a week, and it never fails me... The staff is always so kind and sometimes remembers my exact order. The food is always fresh, and extremely consistent with flavor. The restaurant itself is always clean and inviting. It's been great to see the younger generation working so hard (that's rare these days) great job, Cava! read more

always nice to grab quick good food! lots of options and helpful workers to explain some of the food I am not familiar with

Sophia was so helpful and sweet! Will be coming here again. Service overall was great, waited but it was worth it.

This place is fun and healthy! This is afamily favorite and totally recommend it to everybody.!!!!!!!!!

CAVA staff greeted us with smiles and was cheerful. Our food was great ! Full of flavor but the sweet potatoes were certainly well done. Got in and out very quick. We did notice that there were some tables that were dirty. read more

I visited the Castle Rock location for the first time and my meal was given to me on the house! It was delicious and I will definitely eat there again. read more

Fast food is taken up a notch as CAVA presents a Mediterranean option modeled on the "create your own" menu (a la Subway and Chipotle). As you approach the service bar you choose whether you want a wrap or bowl, and build it--falafel and shawarma are favorites of mine, and the various meats available offer good options. You choose from a host of add-ons and sauces to complete your order We've gone twice and loved it each time. It's a great place to be introduced to this kind of fare, and if you love Mediterranean food, you will be pleased. read more

The service was great, I went there for the first time and everyone was so helpful in what to get, the girl at the register (Karina) was very sweet and talkative. Will be coming back soon! read more

Food is good, the people working there are great, but they seem to be woefully understaffed constantly and very poorly managed. Was stuck in the drive thru pickup line for over 30min today with zero movement of any cars. This isnt the first time theres been a wait but its usually 5-15min max. There's 2 or 3 staff that seem to be expected to managed the in store customers, clean tables, and managed the drive thru. When it gets busy inside, drive thru customers picking up orders are essentially ignored until it dies down inside. The look to be doing the best they can, but it's not good enough food for the wait, won't be back. read more

I can't believe I didn't come try this place out sooner!! It's the perfect combo of healthy and delicious. So much flavor and especially satisfying. I ordered the Spicy Chicken + Avocado Pita. Definitely recommend! You also have the choice to build your own pita, or even your own bowl. Another thing I love about this place, is that they are completely transparent about the ingredients they use and where they get them from, which can be found on their website. read more

service is okay if you go to place an order in person, but the online system needs to be fixed. it takes away from the whole point of placing an online order if you're going to have to wait twice the amount than the people standing in line. i've worked food for five years and i understand what it's like to be swamped in a rush, but at that point, just turn off the online orders if you can't get them out in a reasonable amount of time. or find a better way to fulfill them in time. this happens quite literally every time i place an online order and it's frustrating. also, i didn't even end up getting everything i ordered. this place needs to pick a struggle read more

I so badly want to like this location but simply cannot. I've given it four tries and they just can't get things right. After the third experience, I said I would never go back, however, I ate another Cava out of state recently and it was fantastic so I decided to give this Castle Rock location, one last shot. I ordered a Chicken Bowl through the app and my husband picked it up for me. When he got home and I went to eat it, there wasn't an ounce of chicken in it - a Chicken Bowl with no chicken! I drove all the way back up there just to get my chicken. I understand that people say it's hard to find help in Castle Rock, but this is awful. The staff member's eyes all but rolled into the back of her head when I asked for chicken. This place needs new management and staff that cares about what they do. A little quality check to ensure that a Chicken Bowl gets chicken wouldn't hurt either. If it was the first time they got an order wrong, I'd understand, but this is the third time. I'm done and do not recommend. read more

Castle Rock Location : Food is cafeteria style but pretty tasty . That's the Good news . The problem I had was how filthy Everything was in the dining area . Floors , walls, stainless steel station for soft drinks . Tables were barely clean dust all over the bases . Didn't use the restroom . Plenty of staff on duty ... hardly any customers.. Cleanliness is as important as the food so it gets 2 stars . read more

Food is excellent. However, poor customer service. I ordered ahead for the drive through pick up. I got there 15 min after the app said the food would be ready. I sat there for 5-10 min without being acknowledged and watched two people walk by multiple times and avoid eye contact. Then someone came from the back and handed me my food immediately. read more

I love coming here, best food in castle rock and great prices. Trinity and Lani are amazing!

Used to like Cava (not this location). This location never has a manager on the premises, or if they do you would never know it. Teenage workers speed through the line, getting upset if you request too many items. Rice is hard half the time, lettuce/greens not very fresh. Chicken sometimes is hot and fresh and sometimes grizzly. This visit I was happy I got both chicken types because one was good and the other dried out and disgusting. Half the toppings are always low or unavailable. And the assembly area and drink area look dirty. Sad to say I have experienced all of the above issues personally in the three or four visits I have made here since it opened. Think I have given it enough chances. Will not go back and certainly would NOT recommend. read more
