Every time I come here they are out of something. Tonight I ordered on DoorDash and my order was wrong. My name was on the receipt so it was definitely my order they just threw what ever they had left in a bowl and sent it to me. I called the store and the "manager" said he doesn't know what he expects him to do. Blamed the dasher and said there was no way to contact me which was false. He offered no solution and got unprofessional with me. This is the last time I'll be eating here for sure. Over priced for the value and customer service. Plus you're lucky to actually get what you ordered or go down the line in store and pick from what's left. read more

I have been craving for CAVA ever since I had them in Southern California. While visiting Colorado Springs, I noticed the closest CAVA to me was this location right across from the outlets. We ordered the harissa avocado, steak mezze and the spicy lamb meatball wraps. For the bowls, we were able to add on up to 3 scoops of sauces and unlimited toppings. The only reason why I knocked off 1 star was because all the tables seemed to be sticky like it was not cleaned properly. While we were seated, Chef Ken walked over to us to let us know that there would be some new menu items being introduced next week and while talking to him, he asked if we would like to try their ranch pita chips. We gladly accepted and let me tell you, the ranch pita chips were really good! Thank you, Chef Ken for the kind gesture. The food here is fresh and delicious! I ate here for the first time today and was very impressed! I ordered a Lemon Chicken Bowl. It comes with grilled chicken, red pepper hummus, tomato & onion, pickled onions, Persian cucumbers, corn, feta, spinach, and romaine. The amount of food is sufficient. It left me feeling full afterwards. I chose to dine-in this evening. The dining room had sort of a weird vibe because there was hardly anyone there. It came across to me like a lot of empty tables and chairs (outside patio included) with only 4-5 of us patrons eating dinner. They offer plenty of beverages. I like that their soda fountains aren't the typical Coke or Pepsi products. They have a favorite of mine, Diet Mexican Cola by Maine Root Soda. I noticed other non soda beverages that I will have to try next time. Overall, good quality food. Service was average. The young lady who took my order was friendly. For the bowl and beverage, my bill was $15+. I will return here again. Looking forward to my next visit! read more

It's a chipotle style Mediterranean food! They have plenty of choices in everything from the meats to the toppings and sauces. The service is great! Fast and quick! Food is yummy. Definitely mix your bowls to get all the flavors in. I only gave them 3.5 stars because a lot of their bowls were empty so I was not so sure what was inside them so I missed out on some other good toppings but either way I'll for sure be back when I come back to CO! read more

I've been coming to this Cava for a while, great food. Over the past two months it seems to be going drastically downhill. Tonight the entire restaurant was dirty and filthy. Old food and overflowing trash on every table. When we asked a staff member about it they handed us a few paper towels. The portions were significantly smaller with hair and chicken bones in our food as well. The previous visit one of the staff was belittling all the other employees in front of everyone. I love this food but tempted to avoid this location as the last several visits haven't been enjoyable. read more

Love Cava!! The food is always absolutely delicious, with generous portions and fresh ingredients. I literally eat on this bowl for 2 days! (I may be eating it for breakfast right now! ) But what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional customer service. Food is good, the people working there are great, but they seem to be woefully understaffed constantly and very poorly managed. Was stuck in the drive thru pickup line for over 30min today with zero movement of any cars. This isnt the first time theres been a wait but its usually 5-15min max. There's 2 or 3 staff that seem to be expected to managed the in store customers, clean tables, and managed the drive thru. When it gets busy inside, drive thru customers picking up orders are essentially ignored until it dies down inside. The look to be doing the best they can, but it's not good enough food for the wait, won't be back. read more

service is okay if you go to place an order in person, but the online system needs to be fixed. it takes away from the whole point of placing an online order if you're going to have to wait twice the amount than the people standing in line. i've worked food for five years and i understand what it's like to be swamped in a rush, but at that point, just turn off the online orders if you can't get them out in a reasonable amount of time. or find a better way to fulfill them in time. this happens quite literally every time i place an online order and it's frustrating. also, i didn't even end up getting everything i ordered. this place needs to pick a struggle read more

After the third experience, I said I would never go back, however, I ate another Cava out of state recently and it was fantastic so I decided to give this Castle Rock location, one last shot. I ordered a Chicken Bowl through the app and my husband picked it up for me. When he got home and I went to eat it, there wasn't an ounce of chicken in it - a Chicken Bowl with no chicken! I drove all the way back up there just to get my chicken. I understand that people say it's hard to find help in Castle Rock, but this is awful. The staff member's eyes all but rolled into the back of her head when I asked for chicken. This place needs new management and staff that cares about what they do. A little quality check to ensure that a Chicken Bowl gets chicken wouldn't hurt either. If it was the first time they got an order wrong, I'd understand, but this is the third time. I can't believe I didn't come try this place out sooner!! It's the perfect combo of healthy and delicious. So much flavor and especially satisfying. I ordered the Spicy Chicken + Avocado Pita. Definitely recommend! You also have the choice to build your own pita, or even your own bowl. Used to like Cava (not this location). This location never has a manager on the premises, or if they do you would never know it. Teenage workers speed through the line, getting upset if you request too many items. Rice is hard half the time, lettuce/greens not very fresh. Chicken sometimes is hot and fresh and sometimes grizzly. This visit I was happy I got both chicken types because one was good and the other dried out and disgusting. Half the toppings are always low or unavailable. And the assembly area and drink area look dirty. Sad to say I have experienced all of the above issues personally in the three or four visits I have made here since it opened. Think I have given it enough chances.
