I don't usually leave reviews for fast food chains, but seems that all other reviews here are unfairly negative. Figure I'd offer a balanced perspective. Had no idea what a digital kitchen was when I walked in but I assumed it involved mobile ordering. If you're not a tech savvy person I'd strongly suggest you choose a location with the ability to let you order at the register. For everyone else living in the 21st century, the process of downloading the app and placing an order is pretty straightforward. The food came out in less time than what was estimated, but took longer than it would have if I walked in an empty full-service restaurant. The food quality was the same as full-service locations. Now that I have the app on my phone, It's definitely a place I'd order again and pick up. As with any place, it's on you to check your food before you leave. My order was fulfilled as requested. You can usually get in and out pretty quickly, making it a convenient lunch option. But there's also ample seating if you want to dine-in. One of the highlights is always seeing my favorite server Meron working the line. Her friendly smile and personalized service always makes the experience better. She has my order down and makes me feel like a valued regular. Service overall is friendly and helpful enough. They'll explain the process if it's your first time. Had an amazing experience at CAVA today! The food was absolutely bomb--everything was fresh, flavorful, and packed with flavor. The portions were great, and every ingredient tasted high quality. A huge shoutout to Marlon and Johan for making our visit even better. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us. Came into this location thinking it was a regular walk-in. Unfortunately it app only and catering based. I was greeted by Cathrine, Maryland and Kelvin who told me they can help me out anyway. Super excited for that because I only cane to this side for a chiropractor visit and saw my favorite restaurant across the street . Overall customer service was great, the foyer area has enough room to have a luncheon with around 10 folks. Ambiance is the same as the regular locations so big plus there. Good Mediterranean food catering had everyone on our team talking about the food at our company party for weeks. Food was one of the most important things for us when planning our company party. This review is late (my bad), but I wanted to mention how great the Manager at this location is. I ordered through the app for delivery and unfortunately, the person who picked up the order never delivered. I spent about an hour speaking with the manager. She delivered the order to me himself. We stopped in for lunch for the first time today. The restaurant was clean , the staff was very friendly and explained the menu and gave excellent suggestions. The food was delicious. We chose the pita pockets which were made fresh (only took 3min and was WELL worth the short wait). The portions we very generous especially for the price. First time order online in CAVA. The food was really fresh and there are many options for proteins and toppings. I built my own bowl and was happy to learn it came with unlimited toppings. It was easy to choose healthy options or just go all out for a delicious high calorie meal. The store is clean and cozy. The staff is nice and friendly. A good option when it comes to eating with little time, I used the cava app and it all turned out very well, as the food was at the time that it appeared in the app, I was able to eat in the restaurant and leave the office for a moment without complications. Armani was at the counter today when I came in to pick up my order. Very helpful, cheerful and quick with getting my order. Food here is always good. It's a Digital Kitchen, so you must order on the Cava app. I've seen a few customers walk out when they realize they can't order at the counter. Cava should look into having an ordering kiosk for customers who don't want the app. read more

I've always lived far from a cava and it being this close to my home is great. Don't know why people complain about it being a digital cava, it's a walk in and walk out. Food portions are great and have yet to find an issue. primarily would like to shoutout Chris very polite and respectful. I had lunch here and I really enjoyed the fresh vegetables, chicken and Falafel on my bowl. I also love the variety of fresh fruit drinks that are available as well.
