All of a sudden, the trainee slammed on the brakes coming to a sudden stop for no reason and everyone shifted forward. Unfortunately, I was thrown off the step into the fare box after knocking the glasses off the poor gentleman sitting in front of me. It didn't matter that I was holding the strap as well as holding onto my husband. The man in charge took the trainee off and went behind a vehicle to scold him. Upon returning, he jokingly said we had an emergency stop. Never asked if anyone was injured. Stupidly, I never spoke up because I was embarrassed by the event. I immediately called the company after getting off and gave all my information. I told them I had just had meniscus surgery. I was informed I'd hear back after the holidays. Not getting any call, I called them. They claimed no record of this. I then spoke to claims who, unfortunately, didn't tell me I should definitely get a claim in. I called several times speaking to so many departments and people. I was assured the video onboard never would be deleted, so timing was fine. Weeks went by. I called several more times. I finally put a claim in. Mardi Gras came. Another excuse to have to wait due to the holiday. Well low-and-behold, the video is gone! Likely story! How hard would it have been to figure out who the workers were on Christmas Eve (and shame on them for never reporting it)?! I'm now needing another surgery on my meniscus as well as rotator cuff. No apologies, no responsibility, no claim of fault...just a very convenient missing video. Race is mentioned only because I'd love the people in charge to do their job and identify them. No other reason.

I was leaving that day from Louisiana to take a greyhound bus to Chattanooga Tennessee. When I realized I left my purse in her Uber I did everything I could to get it back before I got on that bus, but I couldn't get in touch with her. She basically stole my purse. I offered to send her money to ship it to me, but she refused. At one point she told me she was going to throw my purse away! Customer Service was absolutely no help at all. I had all of my important documents in my wallet.. Drivers license, Social Security card, and credit cards, Everything I needed. I also had other stuff in my purse. I really wanted to Get back. I was very disappointed in Uber and especially in the Uber driver.

At 430am I received a text no driver was available, Thank You IUBER You left me standing in the rain waiting for you. I called Lyft and they had nothing available, At 450am I drove myself. 4Days later I paid to have someone drive me to pick up my car and pay for parking. UBER has no phone and does nothing to address my complaint AVOID UBER

Took a…read moreride from New Orleans Airport to the Hilton in Baton Rouge - our driver was absolutely amazing. She kept track of the flight as it landed. The flight landed before time and she instantly dropped me a message saying when she would be there. Liked that they kept track of my flight. The one and half hour ride from MSY to Baton Rouge downtown was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly. Absolutely loved the conversation that lasted almost the whole journey, which made one and half hour go by fast. Vehicle was clean, new and comfortable. All our luggage fit in comfortably.
