Also, Lynn could sell me anything in the store. If you go in and are unsure about anything, ask for her. She is fabulous! I really like their rewards program. It helps me save a ton of money. Even though it was a special occasion dress the women at the register laughed at my husband and really related with me and since everything was brand new with tags so attached she made an exception and was very polite. I did not know Norton my husband clearly that this was a non-returnable dress but I'm so thankful that she was so sweet and really went above to help me out. I was not expecting this level of customer service and I definitely will be shopping here in the future due to how polite this woman was.

The staff member was nice and reminded me about the bogo deal when I was about to buy only one pair. Bogo sales are final, but he provided a gift receipt when I told him the shoes were for someone else who doesn't make it out there too often. The person loves the shoes, but due to a foot issue, they were a little tight on her, so she actually came to the store and moved up a size (and had to pivot to different colors) on her subsequent visit. I'm so glad the employee offered the gift receipt. Had he not, we'd be stuck with some shoes that couldn't be worn and we'd be reluctant to try the Merrell Outlet again. Now we're fans!

My son got lots of clothes at the Kohl's in Creve Coeur. All the tags were taken off, and the sales…read morereceipt was shredded. But this ONE pair of shorts didn't work. Well, I think you're supposed to try the clothes on BEFORE you take all the tags off and BEFORE you shred the receipt. But that didn't happen. I took them back to THIS store, because the store of origination didn't have the needed size. Customer service is right up front -- which I found out after having walked half the store. OK, walking is a good thing. I had no tags, no receipt, BUT the purchase was on my Kohl's credit card. I was offered a refund or a replacement. I went quickly to the men's department (which is quite adjacent to Customer Service) and found a better size of the same short. That was so painless, the clerk was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was amazing!

Pros: clean store…read more Cons: absolutely nasty customer service. We bought $200 worth of clothes and the associate was trying to pressure us into getting a Kohls Credit Card. Hard no. When we told her no, she got snippy and said "your loss". Our loss? Nobody wants to pay high interest on your makeshift credit card, Kohls. Even worse, now my Mom goes to pay and swipes her debit card. She accidentally did her PIN backwards, and the card declines. The associate whispers to her co-worker "now I know why she didn't want that credit card. she can't even afford the one she has". WHAT? I didn't know someone could be so nasty. The girls continued snickering after we walked out the doors. We won't ever be back to this Kohls. I don't know why people have to be so nasty, so pushy, etc. Do better Kohls!!

I always feel like I have plenty of work clothes but nothing I can wear out to dinner with friends or something. This past weekend they had an extra 30% off clearance and an extra 30% on top of that for friends and family weekend. Keep a look out for those deals! I got a dress that I can wear to an upcoming wedding, two tanks/shells, and a sweater with tax for less than $60. Woot! The staff is very friendly and helpful...though the girl in the dressing room kept calling all the ladies "hun". I didn't mind, but I'm 25. I've driven by this place an innumerable amount of times and I always just thought it was clothes for older persnickety women. Well either I'm one of those women now or I was under a misapprehension but my purchase worked out for me. I had the option to purchase online but really wanted to try things on as I wasn't sure of the cut. I'd called another location yet this location really went out of their way for me. They pulled two or three sizes and since they would be closing soon, they made a valiant effort to have the items ready for me in the waiting room. I walked in, they knew it was me (lucky guess), I tried them on, they fit, I purchased them at the already discounted price; and the lovely associate granted me with an additional coupon!  I was able to score two linen skirts. Both normally retail for about $100 each and I was able to snatch both for $50 and some change. Great quality pieces, nice service that was attentive and fast... I'll definitely be back especially during sale time.
