She was responsive and drew up a plan with recommendations that were just what we were looking for! Once the pandemic hit, we knew things would be on hold for a bit but not how long. We ended up pushing our wedding to May 2021 and she was wonderful about checking in once in a while to see if there were any updates and due to the pandemic there ended up being some changes, she didn't miss a beat. The arrangements and flower selections the day of were EXACTLY what we hoped for and had many comments on how gorgeous they were!
