There was plenty of parking on a Friday afternoon. They have two entrances, one in the back from the parking lot and the other in the front. Since it was my first time, I walked in through the front. My trip to Nail Rehab was a last minute thing so I didn't have an appt, walk in is welcomed which is nice. My nail tech was Ann or Anna, I forgot. *I'm sorry if I messed up your name. She was nice. She checked in with me every now and then. I'm usually really quiet because I have anxiety. I asked to have my nails cut down, but she didn't do it. She also left builder gel on my nails, and now they're peeling/picking. During the removal process, she had me place my nails in a bowl of acetone and kept alternating hands instead of using foil wraps and allowing them to soak properly for 15-20 minutes, which is what I later read is the recommended process. After about 30 minutes, she seemed frustrated and started rushing through my appointment so she could get to another client. Overall, I left feeling disappointed with both the quality of the service and the experience.
