Cathy incorporates a variety of advanced techniques into her massages that helped to release restrictions in my neck and hip, adding in CST. This is my first Yelp review as I'm not one to bother taking the time to do it honestly. However, I felt compelled to pass on my experience. I have had terrible hip pain every single day for over a year. I asked some of my nurse friends and one said "You must go to Cathy, she'll fix you up" and boy did she. I had a 90 minute massage listening to amazing slow jazz music while she pushed and pulled and worked her fingers to the bone. 90 minutes later I sat in my car and cried because I was completely pain free for the first time. The massage was the perfect mix of relaxation and therapy for some seriously pulled muscles in my back. Her prices are quite affordable too which will help as I learn to ski this month. Her space is in a cozy back room in a house in a neighborhood with a fireplace and soothing music. The oils she uses are gently infused with aromatherapy and not overbearing. She can also come to you if you want a massage in your home. She worked on some areas with such gusto I wondered if she would be able to keep up the stamina for the full 90 minutes.
