I've never been to a dermatologist before this Dr. He's super cool, calm, and collected. I've had…read morea total of 8 cysts removed and two partially malignant moles. My wife has been telling me for years to go and be seen and I'm glad I waited long enuff to see Dr. Woodbury. He's a family man and is probably one of the most approachable humans I've ever come into contact with. He's precise with his surgeries and leaves nothing to chance, every one of my cysts and the moles have been benign, thank the good Lord. Dr Woodbury sent all of them to the lab for further testing because even though he has years of experience, like I said he doesn't leave anything to chance. I recently got two more cysts removed today, they were very painful. Now all I had to do is heal. The best part is that with all of these procedures I felt nothing. I mean not even a sting. I only have two more cysts left on my scalp but even after those get removed, I will still go for routine check ups now that I don't fear the dermatologist anymore. Really great and all of his nursing staff are stellar, do and have always treated me with ultimate respect and I've always felt a sense of genuinely kind heartedness when they are around. Oh, and within four days of having a procedure, they call with the results bc we all know that waiting on test results can be daunting . Go see him, he'll help you any way he can and always has plenty to talk about to keep your mind off if the procedure being performed. Thanks Dr. Woodbury! Also to the people who wrote bad reviews...shame on you! Grow up this world isn't perfect and I bet you've been complaining your entire life. Godspeed

This office seem pretty outdated. They had laptops propped up at the desk asking for reviews. My apt was at 4 didn't get in the room until 445 then had to wait more. Dr Woodbury literally came in for 10 mins and was talking fast and then I was done. He said I need to get a biopsy but needs insurance precert and said he can do it early next week. But a staff said nope it'll be more like Thursday. I feel like they need to communicate with each other and not just tell me random days. I felt rushed since I was probably the last patient of the day. Idk if I'll be back.

My daughter and I have both been patients here and I have to agree with the other review. I have…read morehad exactly the same thing happen. We were driving 2-3 hours to get to her office and they wouldn't even call to cancel. Then they always blame the patient for not being there. When I applied for disability, they wrote down I was improving even though I was getting worse because I hadn't been there in 6 months but this wasn't by choice, it was cancelled appointments and then they wouldn't reschedule in a timely manner. The office staff is incompetent. What really gets me though, is after being a patient of hers for about 8 years, we moved. At our last appointment, I asked her for a referral to a rheumatologist closer to us for my daughter and told her it would take about 6 months before she would get in. She said she was going to start her on Humera and would do the paperwork to get her started for her next appointment in a month. When I called to see if she had been approved for the Humera, they said they didn't even start the paperwork and since she will be changing doctors, the new doctor will have to do it. My daughter is hurting and now she will have to wait at least 6 more months before she can get new medications. Of course, they didn't bother to tell us this. They would have let us drive the 3 hours to her office, wait 2-3 more hours to be seen, only to be told they aren't doing anything because she is changing doctors. Maybe if she didn't schedule 10-15 people for the exact same time slot everyday she would have time to treat patients like people instead of $$$.

I am disappointed with this group, not because Dr. Ganguli is not a great doctor, because I think…read moreshe is, but when I go I have to wait anywhere from 2-3 hours, then I am given about 15 minutes. I had not been since last June and my prescriptions were running out. I called for an appointment and was given one but they called and cancelled it. I made another for 10:00 A.M., they called and asked me to come at 2:00 P.M. I drove all the way to her office, parked, signed in and had a seat expecting to wait. They called me up to desk and told me she was not coming in at all. I asked why I was not called. They shrugged their shoulders and said it was not their fault. As I was leaving my phone beeped with a voicemail!!! A couple of weeks later I called for refills, they said okay we will give this to the nurse. The next day the nurse called and said the doctor would not call them in unless I made an appointment and first available was in August. I told her about my cancellations and I would make the appointment for August if she would call in my med to last me until that time. She said hold on. When she returned, in an abrupt voice she said "you have not been here since last June" and I ask her whose fault was that. She said it did not matter, the doctor was not calling me in any meds unless she saw me, do you want the August appt. I said "NO" and hung up I was so angry. Now I must try to get my PC doctor to call in the meds but he does not want to because it is not his field. I must now try to find another Rheumatologist because I have Lupus and RA and am in constant pain. I don't think they were fair by not even asking the doctor, just assuming when it was not my fault that I could not see her because she had cancelled on me.
