I got back in here just a bit ago and I had a voicemail message that it was the 'fourth time she had called and left a message'. No name. No company name. So I had no idea who was calling or for what. Called the number back and found out it was this place. Dr. Said's scheduler got on the line and told her about her message she left and that I didn't appreciate and did not care how many times she called (she should have taken the hint if nothing else) but that clearly she hadn't got my message that my dad had died and I'd call when I was ready. I went on to say that at this point, I felt harassed and to delete my number and never call me again. I hung up. The couple of times I saw Dr. Said, I never had an issue. His scheduler acts as though she gets a percentage of every surgery he does! If I keep getting rescheduled, clearly he has enough work to keep him busy, so why is she so pressed to get ME on the schedule when everyone else's surgery is a priority over mine? I'll never go there again and tell everyone with a pulse not to go there either if they get stuck with Dr. Said's scheduler.

The physician was excellent, very knowledgeable, feel very comfortable with the physical and the physicians aids explanations of everything. The entire visit would have been great if it wasn't for the 1st front desk girl and her unprofessional customer service. I would have given more stars, but if the front of the office isn't right it can stress a patient, which can male there blood pressure higher normal during the visit. I've been here before with other patients and never had any issues until today, which upset me with the light hair front desk girl.

I had a billing issue that was eventually resolved amicably. The other thing was that I met a friend and his wife in the waiting room. We soon realized his wife and I both had 8:00 appointments with Dr. P. She was called in at 8AM. I was called in at 8:20. One assistant denied that a double booking had occurred. She waved a USB cable at me and said I was called in late because of an "equipment shortage". When I checked out a front desk rep also denied a double booking until I gave her the name of the other 8:00 patient. She belatedly fessed up to the double booking. The ironic thing was that when I left the previous appointment (where there was no waiting) the front desk sold me on the 8:00 time for the next appointment on the premise that there would be no waiting. A good place for dental care but take something to read when you go.

Monday it was my Retinal Specialist, Dr. Schwartz, and today it was my eye surgeon, Dr. Belson. When Dr. Schwartz pronounces me STABLE for another 6 months and Dr. Belson says that with even my eye issues stacked against me, I see almost 20/20 corrected, I am one HAPPY old woman!! Unfortunately, you can't ignore vision problems but I am cared for by the best, so I know that if something weird pops up, my eye care team which also includes Dr. Taylor, my optometrist, we can address it. Having had multiple outpatient procedures at multiple different facilities who have not required "imprisonment", I am amazed at the lack of considerat I on for my time. In some of my prior experiences, I even had different people drop me off and pick me up!!!!! In addition, the waiting room temperature is unbearable. I would not reco.mend this facility to anyone based on the total lack of concern for family members.
