My experience with this place has been one disappointment after another. I love the doctors, never…read moredid I have any issues with the doctors but the staff is just plain awful. Rude, unprofessional and they never return calls. I had to actually go in to speak to someone on more than one occasion after waiting days to hear back. I'm high risk and I can't deal with the lack of concern they give. What's funny is when you go in the waiting room is empty and they are sitting there chatting it up. I have now switched practices.

I will say I worked there for a total of 2 months and it was too much, from the management down to…read morethe coworkers it was fully toxic. I was bullied there in person and on Microsoft teams which I could visibly see. I took it to my supervisor who sat down with the coworkers and said how can we be better, within an hour it was right back to what it was. I went to HR and she said she couldn't pull up Teams chats, which had me fully afraid of how HR could be so clueless and unhelpful. Teams chat is very important and should flag certain words or words to IT, having worked for various organizations that has always been in place. I asked if I could be moved and told it wasn't company policy. Not company policy to move someone who was being bullied? So I went beyond her to the CEO who played how important teamwork was and if there was anything to come to him directly so when nothing was done from my supervisor, to HR, I went to him directly and he never even responded so I knew it was time to move on and that as a whole the company was toxic and not there to help you. I pray and fear for the people who work there but also the patients who go there. I would never recommend anyone to BeeBe, to work there or to go there. I went in so blindly and to have so many employees so unhappy and to say things like "they don't care", "go to HR, they will do bare minimum", I shrugged it off but then to see what everyone could get away with, I realized what it was at face value. I am so glad to be out of there.

My wife used to use the place in Lewes when she was pregnant with our last 2 children and it was great, with no wait time and a few midwives to choose from. Now we were forced to use this place when she was pregnant with our daughter and it was always a 45 minute wait and only one midwife to choose from. Talk about a total downgrade. They need to add more staff and stop worrying about adding more campuses everywhere. What a joke!
