They have a lovely, very large outside patio with huge fireplace that in the fall will be spectacular. The menu is on the wall when you come and you place your order with the hostess, pay, and they bring it to you. I ordered the bolona sandwich with fried Okra. Jan ordered "Jeff's Favorite". A sandwich with sliced brisket and a hot link topped with cole slaw. She had them put the cole slaw on the side. As her side she ordered fried okra. Both sandwiches were very good. It was a good lunch and Jan was a happy camper.

I could have eaten four of each, to be honest! The steak chimichurri is topped with grilled onions, green leaf lettuce, house-made chimichurri sauce, and pico de gallo. The carnitas is topped with cotija cheese, pico de gallo, and locally sourced micro-greens. Both extremely flavorful and tender!

If I could have seconds, I'd plow thru it and have thirds. Remember the Hobbits and second breakfast? Yeah, I'd be having that and second lunch. Just line up the brisket and beans. The flavor is out of this world. Walking in, and being greeted by the smokers and cooks added to the experience. My senses were primed from the moment I stepped in. But even then, I STILL wasn't mentally prepared for the mind-blowing flavor that was to come. The mouthwatering brisket was done to perfection, juicy and tender. My taste buds could barely comprehend how blessed they were to taste beautifully done OKC BBQ. The links were full of smokey flavor and paired well with the sauces. Then finally, the slaw cuts thru it all to reset for the next bite. Rinse and repeat. Until finished. And until next time when I have room again. My wife found Soda Pops in Moore, and it proved to be a very good backup plan! Soda Pops has a fun, old-fashioned atmosphere with plenty of nostalgia to look at--from the jukebox and colorful soda bottles to all the interesting memorabilia throughout the restaurant. I ordered the catfish sandwich, while my wife chose the chicken-fried steak sandwich. Both arrived piping hot--and I mean take-one-bite-and-start-blowing hot! We shared bites of each and agreed that both sandwiches were very good. The fries were cooked crispy just as we requested, although that particular style of fry wasn't really our favorite. My lemonade was the biggest disappointment because it had very little flavor. My only real frustration involved the tartar sauce. The large catfish fillet had very little sauce on it, so I politely asked for a small side and was told it would cost extra. That was fine--until I saw the $1.39 charge on the bill. Meanwhile, my wife received a side of mayonnaise for her sandwich at no charge. It isn't the $1.39 itself that bothered me. It just seemed excessive for a small condiment that was needed because the sandwich was lightly dressed in the first place. Perhaps serving the tartar sauce on the side would allow customers to use as much or as little as they prefer. That small issue aside, we enjoyed the nostalgic atmosphere, received friendly service and thought both sandwiches were delicious. Soda Pops was a fun lunch stop, and we would definitely return! --Chef T

I ordered it stuffed with the seafood rice and a side of collard greens that were a tad bit too salty for me. The seafood rice was also good. I will definitely be back for more turkey and will try other side options too. Part 2. I went back for more turkey and decided to only order the turkey without the stuffing. I did order a side of fried okra. The turkey was outstanding! Tender, smoky and flavorful even without the sauce (Hank's spicy), it was huge and satisfying! The okra was a big miss for me. Although flavorful, it's fried too hard and the breading is too heavy. Overall, I'll always purchase the turkey, and I recommend that you do check this place out!

Again, nothing wrong with it ,it's just not my preference. As far as the Sauces go the Tartar Sauce was reported to be homemade and it was very good.
