Working with Lori, the Sales Manager was great! Attentive to detail, and helpful. Staff arrived 2 hours prior and set up our 10 tables & buffet tables under the tent with care and style! Looked so good! The appetizers were hearty and delicious, served to our guests. Our dinner buffet was delicious. Signature salad, Braised Short Ribs(so tender!), Chicken Marsella, Pasta Cavatappi - Vegan, Roasted Fresh Vegetables, & Roasted Reds with Herbs and Garlic. YUM! Accommodations for special diets (vegan, Celiac) were taken care of. The staff were friendly, efficient, professional, and helpful to me. Our guests LOVED THE APPS and DINNER! and we have received so many comments on how good the food was! That it was over the top! Got some comments, on how good the coffee was! As for me, I got an stress-free event due to the top-notch Function Manager, Deena, and her team! We happily recommend CREATIVE CATERING for your event!

Oh Jolie is now my go to caterer! No need to go elsewhere! Also, the app choices were vast and mouth watering! Such a great crew with delicious talents! Thank you so much again! They arrived over an hour past the agreed time and didn't actually get set up until just minutes before service was scheduled to begin. We were told the delay was due to a road race, which I understand things happen. What was more concerning was the lack of professionalism in follow-up conversations after the event. There was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, and no real sense of accountability or willingness to make things right. Instead, the tone came across as dismissive, even going so far as to emphasize how successful their business is and how our business as a customer was not needed, which felt inappropriate given the situation. Delays can be understandable, but how a business handles them, especially afterward, is what really matters. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued as a client and I could not recommend.
