"We had an amazing time here. The place is so much fun, and the owner is genuinely kind and always full of positive energy. It's rare to find a spot that feels this welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in Vegas and want to try a great claw machine experience on top of it they will help you win

Newly opened claw machine heaven for all ages. 60 vending machines and a Photo Booth. Each aisle has a theme like snacks, drinks, plushies, trading cards, etc. The staff are super nice and helpful. If they see a child is struggling, they will position the item higher at an angle. We got a pencil case but didn't like the one we got, they were gracious enough to let us swap for another one. In the end, we spent a few $20 for 23 tokens and each machine takes about 1 token. Even with multiple tries, both of our kiddos got a backpack full of plushies.

    My son killing' it!

I've taken my son all over the valley to find the best claw arcade, we are confident that we found it at Catching Ducks. We were eating next door and happen to find this gem after eating. The owner was very nice and welcoming. Service was great - love how each play was one coin as well. This will be our new place going forward and you should make it yours too! They even have a Photo Booth to change things up. Perfect date spot imo!

What a fun time! Randomly came across Catching Ducks while grabbing food at the food hall in the lot across. Looked it up and saw that it was a claw machine arcade and had to stop by! It was a Sunday night, and they were still in the middle of doing their soft opening, so it was empty when we got there. There was a good selection of plushies to win, plus Asian snacks that you could grab in the games. What my cousins and I were really interested in was the photobooth in the back. We basically used all the cash we exchanged for coins to use that, and didn't do any of the claw machines. The photobooth was cute! There was a station with props that you could use, and it was in a separate room with curtains with plenty of room to move around and get your pose on! My cousins and I had such a good time! We also really liked that you could pick and choose your pictures, and didn't have to stick with the very first ones you took. The arcade was clean, bright, and the one employee working that night was super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend stopping by if you like claw machine games/plushies, or have children who enjoy playing!

Beautiful and clean claw machine place with a very unique assortment of claw games. Everything from beverages, to snacks, and plushies. The lady operating the business was very friendly. There are also restrooms on site which were clean and modern. My problem is that this place absolutely felt like a cash grab. We've been to other claw places where it's fairly easy to win. This place, however, is extremely difficult to ever win. $23 worth of tokens and we walked away with one bag of chips. It's very easy to get the claw to pick up items, but then it sways rather violently, immediately dropping the item you successfully picked up - leaving you empty handed. I've posted a video showing this. Complete waste of money. I would've rather gambled on penny slots at a local casino tbh.

Catching Ducks is the newest claw/crane arcade to appear in the Las Vegas area, located just behind the popular Cheongdam food hall, by Desert Breeze Park. Unfortunately there's no ducks to catch but their name definitely caught some attention ! Never had i ever had much luck with these kind of games but I still wanted to check out the new establishment. They have 60 machines filled with drinks, snacks, ramen, and various stuffed animals and toys. There's also a photo booth in the back corner "room" with seemingly another one to come next to it soon, as well. I had been to a variety of arcades with claw machine, mainly places like Round 1 in California and even Japan but as previously said, i know my own lack of skill so I don't play them much. And to that thought, I had won nothing, meanwhile 2 of my friends were winning things left and right. There are a variety of asian drinks, snacks, ramen and noodles as well as nicer looking stuffed animals that don't looked deformed from packaging like some other places. Great idea to grab some din din at Cheongdam and walk to the building behind to check this place and try your hand at some claw machines !

I first learned about Catching Ducks when I saw their sign while dining at Cheongdam about two weeks ago. It had such a cute logo and name! (I love ducks) I was so curious about what it was! And this past Saturday, while going to Cheongdam for dinner, I noticed they were opened so we went to check it out. Catching Ducks is a claw arcade establishment and it's the biggest one in the valley that I've seen. The ones that I've visited before are generally pretty small with just a handful of machines (ex. Go Go Crane/Claw World). I love that it's bright inside and they have a lot of machines! They even have 2-3 rows of machines dedicated to snacks/drinks! YES! You can win snacks, drinks, and even ramen! I love that! It reminded me of play claw games in Japan. I visited Osaka, Japan in May 2024 and the Round 1 arcade had claw machines where you could win snacks, candy, etc. It was a much better option for us since we didn't want to bring stuffed animals home. They've got some cute plushies and like many other claw arcade places, the plushies will change. My friend actually won a handful with just $10, which is pretty awesome. I managed to grab a bag of chips in my second try and some gummy candy in my first try. Oh, the chips are Lay's chips but they're not just any regular Lay's! They're Asian Lay's! They've got flavors like cumin lamb, spicy crawfish, tako wasabi, fried crab, roasted garlic oyster, etc. Some of these flavors are available at some of the Asian markets but some are not. I've actually seen a lot of these flavors in California but not here. Pretty awesome that they carry them! Definitely give them a try, especially if you're at Cheongdam! Great place for some family fun!

I've been to Catching Ducks a few times with my wife, and it's always a fun experience. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help if we're having trouble. They even let us swap out prizes if we catch something we didn't want, and they'll rearrange the machine to make certain prizes easier to grab if you ask. There's a great mix of plushies and Japanese snack themed prizes, though we usually go for the plushies. Like most claw machines, the strength can vary, but we almost never leave empty handed. Bonus tip: if you bring a receipt from the nearby food hall, you can score some extra tokens!

Went to eat at the food hall just a car turn away. We bumped into "Catching Ducks" on our way to the trash can located outside of this lovely establishment. The three of us in the car LOVE claw machines! We just had to check it out! We met the kind and beautiful owner! Too bad I didn't catch her name:( but she was so helpful and sweet. I absolutely love her motto "to have fun and not worry about the winnings!" We only put in $20 and we won a good amount of things:) i posted a picture of our winnings! Every machine is only 1 token and 1 token is $1 . If you spend $20, you get an extra 3 tokens:) ALSO if you ate at the food hall before coming here, *save your receipt and show it to them* You get 3 extra tokens!! You are able to get any stuff animal in the machine and are able to swap out any stuff animal inside the same machine:) i love that perk! Overall, 10/10!! Amazing customer service! We had so much fun! And the place is beautiful:) definitely will be coming back! Everyone check it out!

We took home the best of the best of our haul!

Such a unique claw machine experience! We actually had fun, instead of being stressed and worried about winning or losing. The prizes were actually good quality, not the usual gerneric cheap plush toys. The atmosphere was fun and lively with cool music, fun sounds, and great staff. We did the 15-minute challenge, where we went crazy for 15 minutes and had unlimited coins. It was worth it because you get to have so much fun and keep 2 prizes at the end no matter what! It's also in a great spot with plenty of parking.

We celebrated my daughter's 10th bday here and what an amazing experience. Ivy and Brad were great hosts! The party room was a good size, the machines had a variety of different things! We will definitely come again!!

I love love love this facility! We came here for the first time trying to scout out a place for my son's upcoming birthday party and immediately fell in love! The selection is fantastic! Lots of snack options to win on top of fun plushies. We trialed the claw machines and won some fun things! I love the fact that there's room to walk around without feeling claustrophobic like other claw machine places we have visited. Ivy, the owner is an angel! She is just so sweet, and treated my kids so nicely and was just overall amazing! Thank you for having us and we can't wait for my son's birthday party next month!

Fun photo both, with tons of props.

Some games were in Japanese only so we were a bit lost on all the functionality or options in the games. There aren't many brand new games, but I think that's because new arcade games aren't being produced anymore like they used to be. Expect some of the bugger name older classics. The player 1 gun of Time Crisis aim alignment is completely off which made it feel like lost time playing a broken game. I was probably mist excited to play that. Wish there were more coop beat em up classics like Turtles In Time or the XMen games. It was OK. Likely won't be back but I don't think they're catering to my demographic seeking nostalgia entertainment. I applaud them for being in what I think is a tough business keeping an out of fashion nostalgic relic alive. I wish I had more reasons to return and support the business.

First time I ever rode it, I didn't know what I was signing up for. You hear that slow click... click... click as you climb, thinking, "Alright, how bad could this be?" Then it drops and suddenly you're questioning every life decision that led you to that seat. It's fast, it feels a little wild, almost rickety like it might toss you into the Vegas skyline, and I wasn't ready for it. Not even close. But man... what a trip. And here's the thing that ride became more than just a thrill. One of the last trips I ever took with my dad, we rode that coaster together. I didn't know at the time he was sick... didn't know he had cancer. He never told me. But I remember that ride clear as day. I was focused on grabbing one of those little souvenir keychains after, something simple. He had other plans wanted the bigger photo, something we could hold onto. At the time, I didn't think much of it. Now? That picture means everything. So every time I go back to Vegas, I ride it. No questions asked. It's tradition. And for something that looks compact tucked into the Strip, this thing punches way above its weight. It hits speeds around 67 mph, throws you through a full loop and a barrel roll, and pulls enough G-force to make you feel like a fighter pilot for a few seconds. It's one of the few coasters right on a major city strip like this, and it doesn't hold back. By the time you step off, your legs are a little shaky, your stomach's doing a reset, and yeah you're probably ready to eat something. Quick tip: don't ride it at the end of a long night. Either go in fresh or give yourself some buffer after eating. This one's got some bite. I'll be honest it's not about chasing thrills like I used to. I'm not some hardcore coaster guy. But this? This is different. This is memory, adrenaline, and tradition all wrapped into one loud, fast, unforgettable ride above Las Vegas. Ride it once for the thrill. Ride it again for the ones you remember.
