I've long suffered from moderate to severe lower back problems. I've known Dr. Shook for many…read moreyears but never thought to ask him if he could help. After consulting with him, he captured an x-ray of the area and the problem was visible if not obvious. He applied a variety of "stretch & crack" techniques to reduce pain and increase mobility. After 3-4 sessions the pain was drastically reduced, including when sitting in uncomfortable positions that would otherwise be almost unbearable. My main mistake is not regularly seeing him professionally, as the issue returns after high intensity activities if I do not do so. I recommend Dr. Eric Shook, he is personable, professional, and knows how to improve mobility in a challenged back like mine. He also has strong knowledge of sports medicine and general good health advice and tips that are practical and produce results.

I spoke with the owner and decided to make an appointment. I've had a huge amount of therapeutic treatments to help me recover from an injury I had a while back, and I have spent a good amount of money in the process. That can be pretty frustrating as you might imagine if you find yourself still in the same place after all that. When I went to Muscle RX., I worked with Courtney and then the owner Elisha on my second visit. I was so impressed with their method for reprogramming muscles and their communication with the brain. I had a great results after my second treatment and I am so happy to be driving an hour and a half to get there (lol) BECAUSE it's SO WORTH it. These guys are knowledgeable and really care. I've already told at least five of my friends who I know could use their help If you're in pain or have an unresolved physical issue...this is the place to go I Highly recommend!
