I had insomnia for over two years. In those two years, I mostly believed the lack of sleep was…read moreanxiety related, but then other symptoms started to appear too -night sweats, a burning in my neck, etc. I thought once I worked on the anxiety, the symptoms would disappear and my sleep would improve, but despite so much attention to my mental health, nothing seemed to change.
