As a stage IV cancer survivor whose done over a thousand hours of research into functional and…read moreholistic medicine, I can tell you that I never met a doctor as brilliant as Dr. Connie. She is truly passionate about helping people and has the resources and education to excell. I sought her out, and luckily she hired me to direct her Clinic, as I have been in in healthcare for 20 years in functional medicine for 2 years. Running the officer has been a challenge, but has b weeen improving daily. As we make changes, patients are taking notice and happy. I read the previous reviews on Yelp and would like to address them. First is Hara T. regarding stem cells. Although Nicole is no longer here, she was correct in saying that stem cells are a better option than prolozone treatment. Once you're over the age of 50, your body doesn't have many stem cells to stimulate healing. Second, it is true that we changed the stem cells that we use and have gone to a higher concentration of Cord blood stem cells. However, with any stem cells, we explain to the patient that they will not see any benefit for realistically 30 days and will improve for up to six months. This review was written only 4 weeks after treatment. The second review I'd like to address is with Barb A. From her description, it looks as if she may have done a hormone consultation. It is necessary to see hormone levels before discussing a hormone treatment plan. That's why she was asked to pay for labs. It's unfortunate that a hormone treatment plan was not affordable for her. All bioidentical hormone therapy treatment runs around $3-$4,000 a year in any Clinic. We did offer financing options, but she declined. And finally Joshua A's review was a mistake I believe. I saw a similar one by him on Google, and we do not have any record of him or his wife. As I stated earlier, Dr Connie is very passionate about helping her patients lead a healthy life. She is the best in integrative and holistic health in the southeast. The clinic struggled in the past, but has seen a huge turnaround in the past few months. We all care very deeply for the patients and their satisfaction. We will continue to do everything possible to fix any prior mistakes and to build trust in the community. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Forum Health used to be Wellness by Design and I went to them back then for BHRT. I found that…read moretheir pricing for that was astronomical after realizing my OBGyn did it for a fraction of the cost and worked to get it processed with insurance. Forum Health does not deal with insurance and they continue to charge very high rates for services. I reached out this time around for chelation therapy as she was the only one in the area that did it and the price was the same as friends of mine who do it in Florida. Connie recommended 20 sessions but I insisted on only doing 10 sessions and do labs to see progress. Each appointment was preceded with a text telling you to arrive 15 minutes early which I did only to sit in the waiting area (with no one else there) for 20-30 minutes each and every time. This was annoying since I was usually the first appointment of the day and I needed to get back to work. At one appointment, I was there all morning. They set the drip too slow and I had to literally walk the IV pole out into the hallway to ask them to let go because I was finished. The first day she required you to have a consult session with her to which she charges about $300. In that session, she reiterated what we were going to do which was already explained and discussed in the "free consult". So, that was a waste of time. She then proceeded to upsell other products and talk about BHRT to which I was not interested and I told her that was not why I was there and that I was working with someone else to get this done. Weeks had passed and I had to ask for the lab results as they did not proactively give them to me. I was also more than halfway through the treatments when they told me I was required to have another consult with Connie to go over the lab results. That was another $300 and, again, she proceeded to upsell me products and other services. I reminded her that I was working with someone else and not interested. I was very annoyed at this point because it seemed like I was paying her for a sales pitch each time she "required" me to meet with her. I had 9 of the 10 treatments when I got covid and couldn't make my 10th one. They made me sign paperwork that agreed that the 10th treatment expired the day after my last appointment. They made sure that all of my appointments were within that timeframe. So, due to being ill, I didn't show up at the last appointment. They texted and called after that and I just ignored them at this point because I was not interested in working with them anymore based on my experience. They did catch me on the phone 3 weeks after the last dose supposedly expires to schedule the last treatment. She told me the last dose didn't expire until the following week. I told her that I was done and wouldn't be coming back at this point. The office staff is generally friendly but they move at their own pace for sure. There's no sense of urgency unless they want money and that is evident when they come into your room, hand you a bill, and tell you to pay it before you leave that day. As far as I'm concerned, not much has changed with their ways here and she definitely charges a premium. Definitely shop around before committing to anything they do. I'm sure you will find what you are looking for at a much lower rate.

I couldn't believe it - i really believe without the help here I may have never gotten pregnant. I am so amazed and grateful I was able to seek out care here. I also always feel comfortable and the environment is very soothing (I was really afraid and nervous before coming). I'm never left waiting and they even take my back early if I arrive earlier then my appointment. I can say I'm a true believer in this place and acupuncture. I used to be so skeptic of other therapies but not anymore. I love it here!

The teachers are all so knowledgeable, friendly & fun. I've learned so much from them! I've had a few injuries to work around and the teachers always have a great modification ready for me so I still benefit without bothering the injury. I love that the classes aren't over crowded - I'd rather not have someone else's sweat dripping on me or my mat :S They have a wide selection of classes covering different levels of experience, different levels of activity and times. My only problem is deciding just how many hours a day I can spend in the studio! Check them out for a drop in class or a 2 week new student special price.
