After nearly a decade working in medical settings as a CNA and earning a degree in Integrated Health Science, founder Hannah Brown saw the need for natural pain relief and wellness solutions beyond traditional medicine. Refuah 14 offers personalized massage therapy designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance. Believing that true wellness comes from treating the whole person, our approach supports both physical and emotional well-being. At Refuah 14, we are dedicated to helping clients achieve relief, renewal, and relaxation through skilled bodywork and holistic care.

Meet the Business Owner: Hannah B.

For nine years, I worked as a CNA in various medical settings—rehab, long-term care, home health, assisted living, hospital float pool, and the Emergency Department. These experiences shaped my understanding of health and patient care. After earning my Bachelor’s in Integrated Health Science with a pre-med concentration from Western Carolina University, I felt called to a holistic approach to healing. This led me to Maiden School of Massage & Bodywork Therapy, where I became a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. I saw so many people seeking pain relief through prescriptions, but I knew there had to be a better way. For years, I thought nursing was my path, but God had other plans. Proverbs 31:13 says, “She works willingly with her hands,” and this resonates deeply with me. I’m passionate about learning new modalities to support my clients. One day, I hope to pursue a master’s in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Helping others heal naturally is my greatest joy.
