The environment is very relaxing and it's apparent that the staff has gone out of their way to make it more inviting than just slapping a table in a broom closet. Marissa is excellent at being strong without crushing you. I've had massages where I came out worse than when I went in. It's quite clear she knows what she is doing and how to accomplish it.
