And you could find reputable vendors for very exotic projects like ripping out swimming pools and cleaning up a crime scene. No, we didn't need that. A roto-rooter who comes out on a holiday weekend without charging an arm, and a leg and someone who can fix a garage door opener that night, priceless. If you are buying homes to rehab and then rent out before selling them for a greater premium, a group like Lifestyles Unlimited is invaluable. The group also has people who develop such opportunities and sell them, so this is a legitimate source of "turnkey" properties. We didn't utilize that, so I can't rate that function. What wasn't worth the money: The regular sales pitches to sign up for closed-market investment deals; at those higher levels, you're paying $10-30,000 just to be ELIGIBLE to sign up. I walked in for the first time and was greeted like I have been going there forever by the instructor Roseanne Clifford. I asked her how much a haircut cost and she said that it was haircut Thursday and instead of $6 they were only $5. She also told me that on Thursdays facials were only $12. Sweet deal. I took her up for a facial and haircut. Sharmila done my facial and she done a fantastic job. Her facial was as good or better than facials I have paid $50 for. I will be going back every Thursday for a facial and save myself a lot of money. Kripa cut my hair. Really all I needed was a little trim. She double checked with me about how much I wanted cut off and did exactly what I wanted. I asked for only 1/2 inch taken off and that is what I wanted. Some places I've gone to in the past when I asked for a 1/2 inch trim they took off an inch or more. If I could give Advanced Beauty College 10 stars I would. They are that friendly and good. Took this course in Dec '22 as a first-time motorcycle rider. The instructor asked if I had any…read moreexperience and I told instructor that I didn't. The first part of the course is in a classroom. The instructor had a slideshow that the class went over and then we took a quick multiple-choice test. Before we went to the riding range, the instructor let us know that he will have to "raise his voice" on the range to be heard over the motorcycle engines and asked if everyone was ok with that. I said that I was ok with that, along with the rest of the class. Of course, it is important that the instructor needs to be heard over the motorcycle engines on the range. However, when we get to the range, my experience of the course (more specifically, the instructor) is terrible and I cannot recommend. The instructor apparently thought that the BRC course was a military boot-camp. He was not raising his voice to be heard over the engines. The engines were NOT that loud. He was instead yelling at us for any and every single mistake I, and others, were making during the course. I should mention that there were only three people in this class. There wasn't that many students! As a first time rider, I was (obviously) a little nervous riding a motorcycle for the first time. *Being constantly yelled at for mistakes that new-riders make is not good for learning.* For example, we were doing a braking exercise. I went brought the motorcycle up to speed and then braked quickly, remaining calm, comfortable, and loose on the motorcycle. The instructor said I need to brake harder. The next time around *while I was in the middle of braking* the instructor was yelling at me from 5 feet away "*BRAKE! BRAKE! BRAKE!*". As a first-time motorcycle rider, I slammed on my brakes immediately! I didn't know what the instructor was panicking about but I was going to follow directions! Fortunately, I was not thrown from the bike. However, the instructor saw fit to then berate me on slamming on my brakes. I cannot recommend anyone take the BRC at Motorcycle Training Center until new instructors who can competently teach the course are brought in. I have taken the BRC at a different place with an instructor who is knowledgeable and patient with first-time riders. I learned a lot more from the other course and am riding with much more confidence.

You will end up paying this group for their expensive program but getting real help from other REI local groups in the valley because The Real Ripoff's won't be even in the state. Don't be swindled! Their responses are total lies, THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND LEFT TOWN! As simple as that. When we complained or brought up legit issues they acted like we were no trying hard enough? Nothing is really LOCAL it's all in Texas. They tried to start a chapter in Phoenix but had no experienced investor running it. What a joke. The only support you will get is by email and it will be very SLOW. The property you were looking at will be long gone by the time they get back to you. Took forever for them to get documents back to us as well. They don't go to auctions with you either. When they recruit you they pretend they will be right there helping you, "holding your hand with support you can touch." They also claim you will have an experienced real estate investor leading your team, no what they actually give you are merely Real Estate Agents who have never done any investing. So deceptive, the only thing they want to actually touch is your money after they get it you will not share airspace with them again unless you travel to Texas. The main CEO travels around the United States on money he swindled from others in his expensive Travel RV. He claims to be a such a moral person yet has no conscience what he has done to other human beings. Instead he just moves around a LOT.... On a permanent vacation with our money while we struggle. Don't buy their program you can get the same info for free on YouTube. That's where they probably plagiarized it from anyway. Don't walk RUN away from this company!
