Honestly, I didn't even have a chance to go in. I just spoke to a gentleman over the phone and he was extremely rude. I was asking simple questions and mid sentence, he ended up hanging up on me. I come to this dispensary often, but I have never left a review because I never found the need to until tonight. I went in, not feeling the greatest already just looking to pick up some concentrates really quick. Art ended up, helping me out as my budtender and I must say he absolutely made my night. He was super helpful and took his time to help me be sure that I found something that I actually wanted but was on sale (710 Labs @ 25% Off) so I got some good value out of my purchase. They're mostly fine. Prices are normal. Service is average. Their front staff though.. a pregnant woman came in looking for a bathroom. Legally they're REQUIRED to allow her to use the facilities. I placed an online order and noticed an item that was probably a mistake, but I was able to check out online. I called to confirm my order and my total, but when I got there, they told me it was a mistake on their part. I told them I understood, but expressed my frustration in calling to confirm everything before leaving. They didn't seem too worried about the issue and did nothing to rectify the situation, so I cancelled my order and went to Haven instead. With the multiple shops within a mile of this place, they should really pay attention to issues like this, bc there's so many other options. read more

Go to a different dispensary, don't bother with this one. Their business practices feel pretty scammy. We checked their website and called to confirm that the prices on the website were accurate and same as in-store and the person on the phone said yes all the online prices are correct. So we get to there and suddenly they say that the prices are different and it's actually pricier. We felt completely scammed. There are other places with more honest business. That place is ok to get your meds depending who helps you..but when I get help from a specific Bud Tender by the name of Stefani she works the late shift, tall skinny girl with short hair wears tons of makeup,it feels like she not there working by the hour you ask her for something n she never wants to look for it or if you ask for n extra item on your order she says you have to go in back of the line n start a new order, wtf is that all about?she then concluded that she has to respect other customers time. Idk why she says that ?because I see her chatting up a storm with customers after they're done with their purchase even tho there's big lines. My point is that just watch out with that specific bud tender the other staff I've not had any issues with n I go there at least 5x a week. Please management check this Bud tender n make her retrain she needs to realize customers are always right just because she having a bad day don't mean she has to bring it to work or look for another job because customer service is not her cup of tea. Beware if you're being helped by ESTEFANIA. She'll get your order wrong then accuse you of purchasing for someone else. Her manager who is just as much of an airhead will check the cameras and say "oh yea the budtender confirmed your order, and she said you were buying for someone else, you can't do that" in front of everyone standing around waiting to be helped. Very poor management skills and lack of honesty in your employee, Estefania. Consumer beware. You gotta do their job too and check your products before you pay. read more

I have called on 2-3 separate days various times and have yet to have anyone from this location ever answer a call. They often get backed up and I have recognized this location to be very slow. I have came a couple times where I had only 2-5 people in front of me and end up being there for 25+ minutes even with knowing my order before arriving to the budtender. read more
