They're really knowledgeable with strains and brands. Today we were helped by Joseph. He has very great customer service. My bf and I got a few live rosin concentrates. We have been smoking Trilogy 710 and they finally have it close by!! Last time we got Limon Chem which was good. Joseph recommended Texas toast and he said he likes it because it's garlicky. We got it and oh boyyyyy let me tell ya. Joseph never freaking misses!! It is sooo bomb. He is very intelligent and even told us about an idea he has. That idea of his shows that he really likes working there and he is trying to make it greater than it already is for everyone else. He is a great budtender. Disappointed to say the least. This place was my go-to but wow the service from my previous 2 visits were so terrible I was truly shocked. I've been to this location about 6-7 times and never had a experience with any of the staff at this location. Their deals and prices are great. I went in, not feeling the greatest already just looking to pick up some concentrates really quick. Art ended up, helping me out as my budtender and I must say he absolutely made my night. He was super helpful and took his time to help me be sure that I found something that I actually wanted but was on sale (710 Labs @ 25% Off) so I got some good value out of my purchase. We checked their website and called to confirm that the prices on the website were accurate and same as in-store and the person on the phone said yes all the online prices are correct. So we get to there and suddenly they say that the prices are different and it's actually pricier. We felt completely scammed. There are other places with more honest business. I called to confirm my order and my total, but when I got there, they told me it was a mistake on their part. I told them I understood, but expressed my frustration in calling to confirm everything before leaving. They didn't seem too worried about the issue and did nothing to rectify the situation, so I cancelled my order and went to Haven instead. That place is ok to get your meds depending who helps you..but when I get help from a specific Bud Tender by the name of Stefani she works the late shift, tall skinny girl with short hair wears tons of makeup,it feels like she not there working by the hour you ask her for something n she never wants to look for it or if you ask for n extra item on your order she says you have to go in back of the line n start a new order, wtf is that all about?she then concluded that she has to respect other customers time. Idk why she says that ?because I see her chatting up a storm with customers after they're done with their purchase even tho there's big lines. My point is that just watch out with that specific bud tender the other staff I've not had any issues with n I go there at least 5x a week. Please management check this Bud tender n make her retrain she needs to realize customers are always right just because she having a bad day don't mean she has to bring it to work or look for another job because customer service is not her cup of tea. I have called on 2-3 separate days various times and have yet to have anyone from this location ever answer a call. They often get backed up and I have recognized this location to be very slow.
