Unfortunately, during my visit today, I had a disappointing interaction with the female employee at the front who was greeting customers. My son, whom I referred as a new customer, was given incorrect information regarding pricing, the first-time customer discount, and the referral incentive program. Even after we pointed out that the pricing was clearly displayed and that signage explained the first-time customer discounts, she laughed and continued to insist on information that appeared to be inaccurate. Experiences like this can damage customer trust and may result in the loss of loyal customers and referrals if they continue. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and not representative of the level of service this location strives to provide. I want to emphasize that I genuinely like this business and have had many positive experiences here. Unfortunately, I did not get the employee's name. She was a Caucasian woman with blonde hair, glasses, and a shorter stature. I would have preferred to identify her by name rather than description, but neither my son nor I obtained her name.
