Today September 27 went in bought unruly OG 10g For $136 got home and find out package date was July 9 which is almost 3 months old. The flower has turned brown old smells gone just bad explained this to the staff and call before I went they said they will take care of it and returned to the store ,Returned . Alexa, Alex or Alexia who was stuttering every words trying to justify rite away I could tell she don't really know her flowers bet we don't smoke the same either I believe she was in charge told me he has to call management came back to tell me shit outa luck with all the faulty promises and drag ass management said no can't do nuting about it and refused to take care of the situation. What a poor judgment from the upper management poor way to take care of people they were fine with it when they took my $136 and they told me they would take care of it. Was a lie I would not return to this place.Especially if I was blem unruly cali lotus should not do business nor put inventory with this location if this is the way the rep there company its supposed to be high grade and there selling it turned making blem unruly calli lotus look bad,They need to do their inventory check people must know about this never return to the store again faulty promise screwing people over not rite they just laughed at me and said some nonsense do not return or recommended this location not worth it need a better upper management or whoever is in charge read more

Literally my favorite place! They always have amazing deals - not just one but a few so there's no chance of leaving unhappy. When you walk in, you're greeted with friendly people, always welcoming and open, answering allllll of my questions. Wide variety of products and one of the most consistent places to find the specific products I need. That 3.5 is hard earned. The service here is awful! They expect you to immediately know what you want when you come in, leaving no grace for customers to peruse their selection. Customer service is horrible. I waited in line for 30 minutes. One of The bud tenders went on break instead of helping me out first. Finally got some help I only took a minute because I knew what I was there for. When I was ready to pay the card reader went down, they asked me if I could use the ATM to get some money instead, it took me a minute to use the ATM, that didn't matter though, they jumped on to the next customer and I had to wait again now to pay. Was going to a different shop for years . Decided lemme try another shop based off recommendations .... Had been going for about a month or two every 3-4 days now with no issues whatsoever . Great deals , friendly staff , both security and budtenders ... until I didn't . After a long day of work 16 hour shift I decided to stop to the shop on the road home . I parked in a parking spot next to no one and the spot next to me wasn't even a parking spot ( the empty island because a parking spot doesn't fit ) , yes I parked some what sideways but not taking two parking spots but a bit on the empty island . And only so cars wouldn't have trouble leaving or my car wouldn't get hit , well to make this shorter than it was the security guard on duty stopped me showed me the monitor with the cameras on how I was parked and didn't ask , TOLD ME to go move the car right now ! Before letting me in . Really unprofessional as we went back n forth about it . I'm all for doing your job . But it's parking... and the fact that I wasn't taking up two parking spots .
