If you have any health issues, she doesn't want you as a patient. She is rude, uncaring and condescending, and makes you feel as though you are a waste of human flesh and of little importance to her. I've tried 8 times to get the right prescriptions sent to the right places, and they still can't get it right. They're standard answer: "It wasn't me." The medical assistants are not any better, and the doctors don't care. Find another location. Anywhere is better than here. Too bad if there's any good doctors here. She refused to comply with filling out biometric form for insurance which led me to getting blood drawn TWICE in 1 month. Currently, considering other insurances.... Please find a doc who won't force you to get blood drawn twice & is intellectually there. Unfortunately, Tucson has a doctor shortage, so this elderly doc will probably get to continue making $$$$$$ which is WHY she is there.

We sat and waited one hour at Oak Street health to find out that their TB solution was outdated instead of checking and telling us they let us sit there for one hour. I very much recommend Dr. Lin if you are in search of a personal and caring doctor. She gave me Azithromiacin and took a chest xray. She told me he would see the results and contact me. The next day I saw the xray came back PNEUMONIA, BOTH LOWER LOBES. I assumed Dr Martinez would call me because I wasn't doing any better. I left a message, and I couldn't get a response from him.But a young, under qualified "assistant " i told me to let them know in three days if I didn't feel any better. Lucky for me, I knew something was terribly wrong, and then so we went immediately to the ER. The PNEUMONIA had set off SEVERE AFIB. My heart rate was 180 bpm for FIVE DAYS! EIGHT PEOPLE we're waiting on me in the ar trying to and they were working out those deep make sure I didn't die. Not ONE WORD from a Martinez!! I ended up with TWO CARDIOVERSIONS & have to wear a cardiovest for THREE MONTHS! I'm taking MANY DRUGS to let's try and keep my heart at a proper rhythm. I NOW HAVE HEART DAMAGE!
