The home is exactly what we needed. Clean, open, and with all of the amenities that you would expect from your own home. On the property there are horses, a rabbit, a barn cat, a pond for fishing (full of carp and sunfish), and clear open skies. I woke up at 4:30am on Saturday morning to take a picture of the comet that was visible prior to sunrise, and it was beautiful. There are several rules posted in the house on the fridge, most of which are common sense, so please respect the property and the animals, which are mostly being boarded here. Wifi is available and there was a hot tub out back which we enjoyed each night under the stars. I would definitely stay here again.

Do not use "Dr" Metcalf! I hired him to do a pre-purchase exam of a horse. He did not even listen…read moreto the horse's heart. The horse was immediately diagnosed with a heart condition when I brought him to my usual (very competent vet) after I purchased him. Had Dr. Metcalf told me that the horse's heart was racing (which is what it does with this condition) it would have been a red flag for me and I would NOT have purchased the horse, To date I have paid over $20,000 of hospital bills and medications. I am stuck. I can't sell the horse and I have to give him 20 pills a day for the rest of his life. This Vet is incompetent and I am paying the price.
