We can't say enough great things about Gilbert Family Fun! Abraham and Claire truly live up to…read moretheir motto -- when you use their service, you are like part of the family. We had our 40' Jayco Flight Bungalow pull trailer in storage in Madera, and Abraham expertly towed it all the way to Pismo Coast Village with care and precision. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch -- far superior to any other place we called. They handled everything with such professionalism and attention to detail. When we arrived for our first trip at Pismo Coast Village, our trailer was already set up, leveled, and ready to enjoy. Thanks to Abraham and Claire, all we had to do was walk in and start relaxing! I also love the range of services they offer -- from regular tow services to complete setup and teardown, plus extras like washing and waxing your trailer. If you don't have a trailer, they even offer beautiful trailers for rent so you can still enjoy a stress-free getaway. The peace of mind knowing they take such good care of our 40' Jayco is priceless. If you want stress-free camping and outstanding service from people who treat you like family, Gilbert Family Fun is the only place to call!

He tested the elevator and found that it was working perfectly - We both rode up and down with his tools easily 350lbs. Last week it wouldn't budge with me and a large box of cushions - 175lbs at most. He and I agreed that he should perform a full service. After he left, I saw the builder - on further discussion, we agreed that it had to do with one of the power outage/brownouts that affected the SLO County last week. We all agreed that any further problems - Heacock was 'on it' and would respond accordingly. First rate service from a first rate company -

I also saw he kept the tip for himself, I should of paid the employee who was doing the work. Also after they left my apartment they took 2 hours to drop off the ubox when we live across the street from uhaul. Pedro complained and refused to load our washer and dryer 'because it would take up the entire u box'. I asked them. To stake boxes 6 high, also refused and wanted to control what I did with my moving pads. All and all if you use Torres be prepared to need extra labor hours and for lazy or lacking customer service. I was impressed with Torres 2 years ago but now would never recommend them even to my worst enemy. Once I posted my review Pedro decided to text me about defamation of his business. So I'm making sure others are warned. As he over booked himself the day he moved me and rushed my service. Delayed the return of my ubox. He didn't coordinate moving time with me blamed uhaul for opening hours when I told him uhaul opened at 7am. Him and his crew showed up at 9:45 and he texted and was on the phone while his employee moved most items himself.
