Their lack of understanding of commercial real estate contracts allowed the buyer to delay the process for two to three months at no cost. In commercial real estate transactions, buyers typically need to pay fees for extensions. We also incurred additional legal expenses but still failed to secure compensation from the buyer. Now, half a year has passed since the property was sold, and we are still spending money on this project.
