Visited one of IRN Realty's rental listings in Yorba Linda and had concerns with both the property…read morecondition and communication process. The home had several visible maintenance issues during the showing, including damaged screens, missing/unfinished door hardware, electrical switch issues, missing caulking, and general turnover items that did not appear ready for a new tenant. After the showing, I reached out with a professional list of questions regarding repairs, cleaning, and move-in expectations before submitting sensitive application documents. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response by phone, text, or email during business hours. I also attempted to contact the office directly and did not receive a callback. I understand rentals move quickly and no property is perfect, but communication and professionalism matter especially when prospective tenants are expected to provide personal financial documents and application fees. Hoping management can improve responsiveness and property preparation moving forward.

They've always made themselves available to discuss all our home ownership dreams. Someone was always available answer all of our questions and process through options with patience and kindness even before we were preapproved. So when it was time for my family to upgrade our home we knew exactly who we were going to go to. Our case was multi-layered because we wanted to find our new home, but we also had to sell our existing home at the same time. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. From discussing our gameplan, figuring out timelines, listing our home, scheduling private tours, getting preapproved, putting offers in, shopping for loans, and requesting multiple worksheets - their expertise and professionalism was unmatched. (Special mention to Darwin and Marlyne for always making themselves available to answer all our questions and address every concern. And also, to Eileen for her promptness with all the documents). Even when we were hesitant or got worried about the finances, they never pressured us to rush into any decision. We always felt supported and encouraged. My family have been very blessed and fortunate to have successfully close two escrows in the span of 7 days! This is the third transaction that the McLeod team has helped us with. We are very grateful for Mia and everyone on the McCleod team. We are clients for life. But to be honest, at this point we don't just consider them our realtors, they're family now. We highly recommend everyone go to them for all your home ownership needs.
