We also added some large games to our space as well. We then made it upstairs for our dinner program and the buffet was amazing! Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. Everyone had a really fun time and for many it was their first time experiencing it.

The social media posts said the band played from 7-10 so we decided to get there at 6. Never being there prior, I was a little surprised to pull in and see like 5 cars. I thought well, it's not really a destination bar and maybe more peeps will show up for the band. They did, tho not too many, and they brought their kids too lol. So it's a family friendly spot if you want to see a band there in the future. They have some tables, old school Nintendo boxes, funny decor. It was low key for sure which I do like, but also kinda too loud to hear your friends and family once the band took over the small area. They don't serve food but there's a food truck outside which was operating. Three of us got the $10 Fancy Grilled Cheese which was pretty good and a lot of food. It came with plenty of fries that are sadly way too salty. I'd order it again but next time ask for less salt if possible. They were out of the veggie burger option which shows as Impossible online, bummer. Another friend tried their blackened mahi mahi with dirty rice and liked it but thought the portion was small for the $14 price. I wouldn't say it was a Mardi Gras party because they didn't offer us beads and the decor was minimal for the event but that's okay. The servers were nice and quick but seemed unexperienced but I can't put my finger on how or why. The sign outside said the band played from 8-11 so that was annoying because we would have arrived later. We stayed until about 9 and left for another bar. Another fun thing that is not their fault, we were outside about to go to the food truck when a man ran up and asked us for money and a smoke because he was just released from jail and needed bus fare. I guess the Greenfield police station is across the street and he was released without a way home. I'm sure they don't like that for business but my friend eventually gave a him a few bucks and he left. I'd try this place out again for some golfing and maybe if another band I liked played but it's not near my house so not a place I'd be often.

Facility was set up nicely with lots of games to choose from and location was clean. The human claw and game room were especially unique and fun (although the claw came at an extra 20$ price which seemed steep due to it being a very short experience). The game room "the Arena" was the highlight of the games! Think Beast Games if you have seen the show. Interactive high tech group games - incorporating teamwork, speed, and memory. It was busy for a Saturday night but never had to wait long for any of the games!

They were being kicked out due to being heavily discriminated. Their security and servers were rudely laughing, mocking, and having bad attitudes towards teenagers. These kids have never been in trouble. They were making purchases. These are not the type of kids that go around start fights and causing trouble. Some kids had game cards they couldn't even finish. The manager was no help. I was told one of the servers threatened the kids. I tried calling and no one answered. Another parent was hung up on. I hope corporate sees this and give a better training to their staff. I also hope they can find a better manager that can respect their customers better. We will no longer return to any Dave and busters. Which is unfortunate because this was one of my favorite places to go.

As people have mentioned, the cost of bowling and shoe rental has gone up, but we made some great memories. We did have one lane of our 3 give us some issues throughout our 2 hour slot and had to find help a few times when we couldn't troubleshoot on our own, but we were given some extra time to finish up, and we had a great time. The bowling alley looks like it's had a fairly recent refresh - updated signage and decor and lots of screens. The older bowlers felt the music was a little loud, and wished you could see the arrows on the lanes but the younger members of our crew seemed to enjoy the vibes.

One thing I would suggest is a lower price tier for ages 5 and under, as several holes are simply not doable for little kids, like the Mario rainbow wall. There are also only 15 holes versus the standard 18, and several rely on hitting up a ramp/tube with no indicator of where it'll go, so it's more luck based than skill. At the end there's a game to win a free game, which is easy enough with some patience. The pinball machine hole was my favorite design. They do have a full bar and food options, which we didn't try this visit.
