Remembered Glassman to the Rescue when I was doing windows research in the past. They had tons of 5 star Yelp reviews, which is why they were at the top of my contact list. Texted Nancy (the "glass girl" and wife of the Glassman) and she responded very quickly. Carlos the Glassman was able to stop by the same day (within the hour!) and taught me about how to keep the older windows lubricated. He sprayed on some magic stuff and wow, they were like brand new! He could have easily replaced parts and suggested new valances to make more money but he was honest with me and said that new valances would have issues in the future too. We needed a huge slab that we could cut into two pieces that could also hold a LOT of weight. MSI was an excellent recommendation as they had a beautiful slab that was the right size (as far as I understand, it's unusual to be able to get a slab that large!). Their service was great when we went in. We had to check in first, and then we were helped right away and shown what was available given our requirements. The representative who helped us was also very friendly and professional. We were able to select our slab quickly . They offered to take the slab out so we could see it. While we were on a tight schedule and couldn't wait the 15-20 minutes for them to take out the slab to show us, I loved that they offered us that option. The store itself was laid out very beautifully. For those looking for slabs for a home remodel, MSI is a great place to go!
