I was struggling with a project and trying to figure out my wiring. I called the store and John literally spent 15-20 minutes listening and walking through in detail how to wire the switch. The fact he actually listened, worked it out in his head and gave me a genuine solution and feedback is unheard of these days. Usually you'd get the "I don't know you'll have to bring it in, we're busy". But John literally solved my problem over the phone with his knowledge of the situation and willingness to help. I will make sure to order from these guys moving forward since this level of attention and service is hard to beat and can't be found on Amazon..

Chris came to our house fully prepared with all the fittings, as well as a new canopy, and after much effort had our pieces perfectly installed. He also offered some very helpful advice on changing and protecting the finish of our brass chandeliers as well as how to care for our crystal ones. One of my friends gave me this company's number long time ago when my lights went out. This time I needed to connect electrical heater to the main circuit. The same electrician came, gave me an estimate of $550 for 2 hours job. He bought some material for around $100 and actually finished in an hour. So charged me the half of the price. I needed a switch replaced and a couple of bathroom cabinets and light fixtures installed. First, on the day they were supposed to come give me an estimate, they forgot about my appointment. Okay. Fine. A few days later the same guy comes to do the work. I don't really look too closely, but I say it's fine. Later, I realize there's paint peeled off the wall where he replaced the switch. And he didn't plaster over the old holes from the old light fixtures. The old hole and wire were full exposed in each bathroom. I show the owner who says he'll come over and fix it. Three times we had to reschedule. Three times. I work a full time job and then some. It's not easy for me to be at home waiting. Finally someone comes. It's not the owner. It's the same guy I complained about. How awkward. He plasters up the wall and seems ready to go. He said it was 5 minute plaster and would be dry soon. I asked if he needed the paint. The paint? Yeah, for the bathroom to paint over the plaster when it's dry. He looked at me like I had two heads. He eventually did it and hung the mirrors back up (yes, even with the wet paint). How could he not realize what was expect of him in this simple job? This company kind of just left me scratching my head. Maybe my jobs were just too small for this supposed handyman company.
