After 4 days of grandkids and granddogs staying with me, my home was a pig sty! It didn't help that it rained every day, leaving muddy dog prints everywhere; or that the 5 dogs brought in various sticks, grass, rocks and tufts of grass. I was actually embarrassed to have Cindy & Vince see the mess, but the fact that I could barely keep up with meals, dishes, and tending to the grandkids, I was left with no choice. These guys dug right in and restored my home to its normal clean "pre kid/dog" condition. Thank you!! Definitely recommend their service! I can't say enough about them. read more

First deep clean went great and I'm signing up for bi-weekly cleaning because I can get really used to my house being THIS clean more often. Smelled great when I got home too, not full of chemicals. Very happy and will recommend! Found my daughters crib all made up with her babies tucked in. Such a nice personal touch! read more

Castle Cleaning - If this picture doesn't tell you how awesome Cindy and her daughter are, then I'm not sure what else would convince you. :) - Home Cleaning Near Me - Tacoma, Washington

This review is several months overdue. I purchased and used a Yelp deal back in March. I was able to schedule an appointment through the website, and get my questions answered quickly and efficiently through email, which I always appreciate. Cindy is great, and responds to emails right away. She and Amber came to clean my place for an hour and a half. It hadn't been cleaned in a while and I knew there was no way to accomplish everything in that time, so I requested that they just focus on 2 areas (floors and bathroom). They were both extremely friendly and great with my cat. They use only green products - awesome! At the time, I had been looking for someone to come and clean once a month. I asked if I should set up another appointment through the website, and was told that one of them would just call me to set up another appointment in a few weeks. The call never came, and then I got busy and forgot about it, so I assume there was some sort of miscommunication there. I also noticed that there were a couple of spots on the floor that didn't get cleaned, but overall it was a good job - they worked some miracles on my bathroom sink and shower! I would recommend this business to anyone looking for fast, friendly service with green products. read more

Excellent service and flexibility. Highly recommend. I have been using service monthly for over a year. Extremely friendly, great with pets like my Australian Shepard. Always checks on him and lets him out in the backyard or back into the crate if requested. Great communication. Always confirms appointments. I have never been disappointed! read more

I absolutely agree with all but one of the reviews! I think one of our 4 cats would go home with Cindy, that's how good she is as a person! As a cleaner, she is OUTSTANDING! There's nothing like crawling into bed after a long day to fresh sheets and a made bed! Cindy and Amber have been cleaning for us over a year now once a week. We trust them without hesitation to be here with or without us being present. We trust them enough to have given them the security code to get in and out. That says a lot for us! read more

Amber at Castle Cleaning is soooo good at cleaning my loft in Pioneer Square! She uses low scent products so our house never smells of bleach or ammonia, just a pleasant clean scent. I usually have to do a pre-clean at my place and organize things before I have a cleaner in (my mom always cleaned before the cleaners;) but the last time Amber came I felt so bad cause our place was a disaster and when I came home I couldn't believe my eyes! The house was so gorgeous and well organzed! But to say she is a great cleaner is just not describing her... AMBER IS: Lovely, kind, positive, loves our puppies (and they loooove her!), smart and most of all ADORABLE! Every time I see her she is so thoughtful and kind. I like her so much I wish we were friends and hung out!! We have two dogs who I always feel very comfortable leaving for Amber and she takes the sweetest pics of them and texts them to me when she's at my place. She just really is passionate about animals and about her business. I trust her completely! Use Castle Cleaning! You will fall in love with Amber and her skills!! read more

I love working with Amber at Castle Cleaning! In a word: Amazing. More words! Extremely considerate and thorough, reliable and trustworthy. I love knowing that I can leave my home, and my cats, in Amber's capable hands, and that I will return home to a lovely, clean apartment. And I love finding little thoughtful touches here and there - an item of mine displayed just so, or a wayward plant tended to. If you are looking for a cleaning service that you can trust, and enjoy working with, you've found it! And they're green! Dream come true! read more

I'm not sure what sort of sorcery this is; in the morning I was living in filth and squalor, after Cindy's visit the place was fantastically ridiculously are-you-kidding-me clean. The place was spotless, the attention to detail in each room was really impressive. I had family from out of town visiting soon after this magic, and they TOTALLY THINK I HAVE MY ACT TOGETHER. ha!! hahaha! Castle Cleaning is freakin' awesome. read more

I am seriously considering kidnapping Cindy and keeping her all to myself forever...muhahaha...but I would be doing the world a disservice and would have to visit a lot of dirty houses. Cindy is AMAZING! Not only does she do a *fabulous* job cleaning, she is also very loving and affectionate with our dogs and cat! Allowing someone in to your home, especially when you aren't there, is the ultimate act of trust-you have to believe they won't run away screaming from your mess, will do a good job, and won't hurt your four legged kids or load up all your stuff in the back of their car...Cindy is the only person I trust to take care of my home when I am not there, and I know it (and my pups) will be better for her having been there. She is awesome, I love her! read more

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with the service I have just received from Castle Cleaning. Initially, I felt pretty silly hiring a cleaning service, but as I sit here in my ridiculously clean house afraid to touch anything, I realize it was worth every penny and will continue to be. Cindy was responsive in getting my appointment set up, friendly and incredibly thorough. I would recommend Castle Cleaning to anyone in the area and look forward to having them back. read more

I rarely do reviews but we have used Cindy for the past couple of years and I cannot say enough about her exceptional service! She is thorough, professional, trustworthy and responds promptly to texts and phone calls. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for cleaning services in the area. read more

I contacted Cindy because of the other wonderful reviews on here, and because I needed a full house deep cleaning to get our house looking as good as it could because we're getting ready to sell. I'm completely confident that anybody looking at our house will not be distracted by anything except how beautiful the house looks. I rarely have time to do a deep clean so our house now looks as good as it did when we first moved in! read more

Cindy and her daughter tried to clean one of my rental units. The unit was in really bad shape. After inspecting the unit, she quoted 350 for 5 hours( after initially just quoting 135 for the move out cleaning). I agreed to the amount since the apartment was in bad shape. After 5 hours of work, they had not completed upstairs and the floors on downstairs were not cleaned. She wanted to charge for 2 more hours and not promise that the work will be completed. This service should be hired only if its a touch up, they are too slow and talk to get the work done. I would recommend that you look elsewhere. read more

I've been using Castle Cleaning for about ten months now and they are the best I've known. Cindy and Vince are consistently friendly, professional, honest and reliable. Cindy is very organized and I can count on her to confirm all appointments and to follow through on all requests. She is great at communication and responds to any concern I have in a quick and professional manner. Vince is the King of Hardwood Floors and my floors have never looked so good. And if that's not enough, both of them are genuinely very nice people. I highly recommend them. read more

Cindy has been taking care of our house for almost two years now. We initially chose Castle Cleaning out of the pack of potential providers because Cindy uses environmentally conscious cleaning products, but since she has been with us, Cindy has also proven invariably to be professional, trustworthy, and cheerful. She does an outstanding job and her rates are totally reasonable. I do not hesitate in giving her my highest recommendation for anyone who wants a little help keeping their house clean. read more

Cindy is friendly, professional, and does great work. She is very organized, always sending reminder text messages about our cleaning appointments. She doesn't mind if we're home when she's cleaning, which is nice because both my husband and I work from home frequently. She customizes her services to exactly what we need, and adds really sweet touches (like organizing my son's toys in a cute/fun way that he sees when he gets home). My husband and I would highly recommend Castle Cleaning! read more

Cindy and her crew are reliable, timely, reasonable, and conscientious. Castle Cleaning has now cleaned my parents' home 3 times and we couldn't be happier with the service. They are thorough and trustworthy. I would recommend Castle Cleaning to any of my friends and family without hesitation. read more

I have been so happy with the wonderful service and professionalism of Castle Cleaning! I'm very particular about the cleaning of my home and have finally found people that have the same quality standards. Amber and Cindy are so pleasant to work with and flexible in accommodating my unpredictable schedule. Highly recommend their services! read more

Castle Cleaning is a fantastic, reliable, friendly, affordable, trustworthy, woman-owned and operated business that is seriously committed to getting your house sparkling clean with environmentally friendly products (that actually work ;) ! I have had the pleasure of using Cindy (and Amber too sometimes) at Castle Cleaning for the past 6 months or so, every week. With my husband and I both working full-time from home and with our baby daughter quickly learning to crawl/toddle, I really needed quality support keeping our house clean, especially our floors, bathrooms, and windows, so I could spend more non-working hours with family instead of scrubbing and dealing with dog hair! Before connecting with Cindy, I was nervous about finding a reliable cleaning service that I could trust to do a consistently excellent job, to schedule without hassle, and to open my home to with all our family quirks and fast-paced schedule! For example, since I work long hours on my laptop at home coupled with the privilege of new parenthood, I am often sporting sweats and the un-showered look when Cindy arrives...which she takes in stride without a second glance. Yet, despite what my disheveled appearance may suggest, I am actually quite particular about cleanliness. I can honestly and happily say that Cindy does a more thorough job with her cleaners and equipment than I do, in half the time! Ahhh...relief! I now look forward to Tuesday mornings for the fresh scent throughout the whole house and clean feel of the floor under my bare feet, thanks to Cindy's tireless efforts! Plus, Cindy is a delightful person to know - we count ourselves lucky to have found such a stand-up local company to help us with the day-to-day of living. If you need a real, worry-free helping hand at home, I recommend them highly!! Give yourself the gift of time to do something other than house cleaning! read more
